I am having the same issues as all the other customers. Bought a Jumpsuit and no return label was sent. Had a hard time to make them send me the return label and when they finally did, I returned. No Refund issued. I've been trying on Facebook, contact by email but they just reply the same thing over and over that they are behind and will do soon.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE to stop them doing this to the clients!
Purchased two Sabrina jumpsuits on Feb 18th and returned within 30 days. I have yet to receive a refund for the $360. Company acknowledges receipt of the returned jumpsuits, but states that they had a glitch in their system for which they are manually attempting to refund money. Three months?!?! The last correspondence with the company I threatened to contact the BBB. No response. I am currently pursuing a dispute through my credit card company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. A COMPLETE SHAM!
I have emailed OG 8 times in 2 weeks, called the phone number I found online, left a comment on their FB page, with NO RESPONSE. I don't trust these guys at all!
I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit- paid $162, didn't like it and immediately sent it back. That was over 3 months ago. I am still waiting for my refund. They have confirmed they received it and they are having issues with their system switching over and they were going to escalate my return to the CFO to expedite it. I am still waiting... I can't post on their FB page. I don't understand the 5 star reviews. BAD BUSINESS! RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I wish I had seen these terrible reviews before I ordered. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I just want to spread the word to STEER CLEAR!
They have a stateside CA address, only have 5 star "reviews" on their website but they're really just as bad as the slew of Chinese ripoff online retailers. Returned my Sabrina jumpsuit on 4/16 ($162 after online discount for an elastic waistband and 200% polyester) and 4 emails later (b/c no phone # for them) and a month and a half later I've yet to receive a reply let alone a discount. Like another reviewer I'll be requesting a chargeback from my cc co. We also can't write any negative posts on their facebook page so I recommend everyone post on their own social media sites what scam artists this company is as well as contacting the BBB and Consumer Protection in CA.
Returned the Sabrina jumpsuit because it didn't fit. Tracked it and it was delivered to their facility weeks ago. Sent several emails to inquire about the status of my refund and have heard nothing back. The fact that they don't have a number to reach them at is a red flag. Will give them another week to respond. If I don't get my refund, I will call my credit card company and pursue a CHARGEBACK.
Like everyone above, I placed an order for the Sabrina jumpsuit in March, returned it in April and now it's the end of May and no refund and no emails. This place is a joke and a scam. I have told all my friends who liked Oliver Grace on FB to run!
I never leave reviews, but I feel the need to warn people. I ordered, received, and returned my Sabrina Jumpsuit back in March. They confirmed receipt of it on May 2nd (that's when they finally emailed me back, I know they had it sooner). It's May 24th and still no refund. It's been 8 weeks since I returned it. I have also received the same canned emails other people on here have about "escalating to the CFO" and other emails. I have filed a claim with PayPal and will see where that goes.
I logged into my husbands Facebook page today (because they have blocked me) and as of today, they are still responding to customers and encouraging them to buy their products. My last 4 emails have gone unanswered and they have blocked me on Facebook, even though they said on May 20th they were escalating my refund to the CFO. This company is dishonest and has no intention of refunding anyone's money. PayPal is no longer offered as a payment method. I assume this is because of the amount of claims and requests for charge backs. I encourage everyone on here to file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and your state attorney general's office. The BBB's power and reach is pretty limited and they don't have the power to shut Oliver Grace down. However, the FTC does and can pursue criminal penalties. I just filed a complaint with the FTC and it is pretty quick and easy to do! I've also requested a charge back from my credit union because it is pretty clear this company has no intention of making this right. I no longer have the jumpsuit, it has been 11 weeks since I returned it (and they CONFIRMED they received it) and I'm out $162.00. This company needs to be shut down due to their dishonest nature and their phony guaranteed money back in 3 weeks policy!
Ordered a jumpsuit, got it, doesn't fit. Cannot for the life of me get a reply on how to ship it back. No shipping label included. I'm reporting the issue to my credit card company, and plan to broadcast my experience to around 20k women in my social media audience as soon as the paperwork is submitted. I placed an order, my card was charged and nothing. When I log in it sates order unfulfilled however my card was charged. I have sent several emails all returned with an auto response. I guess I am basically screwed as I do not see a refund in sight!
I've been waiting for a refund for over 2 months on a junky jumpsuit that probably cost $15 to make and retails for $180. Like others, I've battled to get my emails answered (only to receive excuses for the delay -- they have recently "changed systems"), was blocked from messaging on Facebook and from posting comments on the page after attempting to contact them and then warn others about the scam. It's clear that they have deleted many angry messages as you can see the replies that they will be "sending an email" but the original messages are no where to be found. This business is fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've contacted BBB. If you've also fallen victim to their crimes, I encourage you to do the same and leave reviews or comments wherever you can to spread the word.
Several weeks after my order and subsequent credit card charge I've got NOTHING! When they do get around to responding they make up excuses like "typo", " changing warehouses" and my favorite "you should receive your item by May 6th"... i got that email on the 8th. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Buyer Beware!
The customer service of this company is deplorable. I have been waiting on my refund of $196.20 for 4 weeks now and sent multiple emails to customer service which I only received a response to after following up with a Facebook message- which I have since been BLOCKED from. I never even received the jumpsuit I ordered because they were "switching fulfillment centers" and couldn't ship my 'in stock' item out within the same week they debited my card. When they finally did respond to my emails, all they gave were excuses and vague promises that my refund was being escalated (as I have seen on many reviews). I should have read the reviews before ordering from these con artists. I'm seeking legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this terrible company.
I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit from Oliver Grace over six weeks ago. When I ordered the jumpsuit the website stated that the jumpsuits would be shipped in early April. However, when May rolled around I still had not received my order. I had ordered this jumpsuit for a trip I am taking next week, so I went ahead and cancelled my order through PayPal, they also never heard back from Oliver Grace. Beautiful clothes too bad they can't fulfill their orders.
I too was scammed by them. First jumpsuit too small, second jumpsuit fit exactly the same way. No emails back. No way to message them. No return emails. Numerous complaints about them. Contacted my credit card co, they have blocked them. They said they have many complaints about them. Keep away from them and rosegal. Stay with the stores you know or do the research first. Last time doing this!
I ordered a suit well over 4 weeks ago and while they promptly took my money still no shipment. I have contacted their customer email but of course no response and certainly no shipment. I am filing a complaint with BBB and will be looking for counsel to initiate class action based on all of the other voluminous reports of theft.
Their marketing is great but the actual customer service is deplorable. I bought two Sabrina jumpsuits at $144/ea. Neither fit and I immediately (next day) returned using their shipping label and following their return instructions. That was two months ago and I have yet to receive a refund or ANY response to numerous communication attempts. There is no phone number so email is the only vehicle for communication and they simply don't respond. Much better quality to be found elsewhere to waste money with this sub-par company. Do NOT recommend at all.
Worst company ever. I returned an item back in March. I contacted them to make sure they recieved it 5 days later. They said they had and were processing my request. That was over 50 days ago. I have filed complaints with the BBB (they already have an F rating!) the FTC, and filed an escalated complaint through PayPal. I can only hope they've frozen their account while they're being investigated... I have contacted them NUMEROUS TIMES to inquire about my refund, and they've blocked me from messaging them through Facebook. They've deleted all my comments on their page and now have even blocked my from commenting. They are hiding negative reviews from their customers! I encourage any potential customer to look at the "likes" on a post and see how many "angry" faces pop up... These are the people who are in the same boat as me. Screwed over by OliverGrace. These people are lying thieves. They refuse to take responsibility and just refund money, they place blame after blame. After threatening to contact a lawyer yesterday I finally got this response:
Ohhh, we are so sorry delivering your order has taken so long. We have been in the process of changing fulfillment houses and it has taken longer than we expected and that has impacted our ability to send out your order. But... we started shipping orders today so we can send you your order this week. If we do not hear from you we will ship you your order and we think you will love it! If you do not want your order please respond to this email and add CANCEL ORDER to the subject line and we will cancel your order.
I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER NOR AM I WAITING FOR ONE! They didn't even read my furious email, just sent me a generic mass email. Makes me sad to know they are now not only hiding the money from refunds but now they aren't even shipping out current orders. Total thieves! A few hours later I got this email:
I want to apologize for the long delay on your refund. We changed programs and some orders did not make the transition due to a technical error. We are now manually searching through to find them all but have thousands to get through so it is taking quite some time. I've escalated this up to our CFO to get the refund processed for you. Thanks for bearing with us while get everything updated and again we are so sorry this directly affected you.
Once again they are making up lies and excuses, anything to delay releasing money back to my account. I will be contacting a lawyer by Monday of they haven't returned my money. DONT TRUST YIUR MONEY WITH THESE LIARS!
Placed an order over a month ago for a jumpsuit that was "in-stock" and should have arrived within 3-5 business days as the website stated. I still have yet to receive my order and have been ignored by the company unless I leave a comment on their facebook page. They quickly respond with the standard push e-mail saying someone is looking into your request, but nobody every gets back to me. I have also been blocked from messaging on facebook. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. Ignoring customers who have not received products that they paid good money for! STAY AWAY!
Answer: If you used PayPal open a case against the charges. They never responded to the dispute, but gave in and refunded my money the day before Their response was due. I also threatened I was going to contact a lawyer if my money wasn't returned by a certain date and what do ya know, the money was refined at 3:30 on that day. Keep up the pressure and good luck.
