I ordered The Sabrina jumpsuit back in April. I never even received it because they said there were some changes within the company! So I just asked them to cancel the order and refund my account! All of this of course, via email! I have sent email after email... the only response I get is that they received the email and it will take them a few days to get back to me! I am so furious! When I placed the order the $180.00 was taken out of my account within minutes, of course! They are scammers! Is this company even legit? Such BS!

Scam!

Same as everyone else here. Returned 2 jumpsuits and they said they received them and would process me a refund. Never got the refund or email response after many emails from me. I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company and the BBB. The case is still open, so I hope both Chase and the BBB can see how much of a fraud those company is and shut it down!

SCAMMERS!

I ordered the Sabrina Jumpsuit and it didn't fit. I sent it back in March and have had MULTIPLE email exchanges with them about getting my refund. IT IS ALL A SCAM. I still haven't received my refund. Very sad!

They got me too! Oliver Grace should be put out of business! I ordered the Sabrina Jumpsuit also. When I returned they acknowledged my return and said they were behind on processing. I put a dispute in with my credit card and actually lost because they showed a stupid tracking number. But I also explained to them that I had emails of them knowing that it was returned. DO not deal with this company! They deserve no stars. People work hard for their money and they are jus ripping them off.

Just adding to the list of individuals they have scammed and money they have stolen. I'm still waiting on a refund for the Sabrina Jumpsuit ordered in March... it's now July! I'm reporting the charge to be fraudulent, but would like for someone to go after this company for their fraudulent activity. If anyone has any luck in pursuing from a legal perspective would love to know about it!

NO REFUND

Same story as everyone else on here. I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit in March. Promptly returned it and now I'm on week 15 of waiting for a refund. Initially, I received canned responses to my first 2-3 inquiries to customer service but since then (I'm on my 9th email) I'm not getting any responses. I feel like this company robbed me of $160! Shameful! I've filed complaints with the BBB (that Oliver Grace was unresponsive to) as well as the Attorney General. DO NOT do business with this company.

Stay away from this company. I received a poor quality wrinkled pair of poly pajamas (which they call Sabrina Jumpsuit), returned it, and six weeks later I have no refund, even though I have confirmation from the company that they've received my package.

I've e-mailed them about this several times. Finally after six weeks I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Don't do business with this company. Not worth your hard earned money.

Buyer beware

I am beyond fed up and will be seeking legal recourse unless this is rectified immediately. I have purchased two jump suits. Exchanged one then decided to cancel after if took over 2 months to get it shipped then it was shipped after requesting a refund and I returned the item immediately. I was given confirmation of return and then told I would have a refund but the form showed refund of $0.00 and 2 weeks later still no refund of the over 100.00 I spent and still no response after emails sent weekly..

I placed an order for the Sabrina Jumpsuit & it took about a month to finally arrive. Then it was terrible quality so I sent it back. Which took another month for them to finally email it has arrived & a refund was issued. Weeks later I have yet to see the refund to my account. This company does not have a phone line to call & does not reply to emails either. It is the worst experience I have ever had & am currently disputing this charge. If a refund is not applied I will take legal action against them. Unacceptable & robbery.

Fraud & Scam

Ordered on 3/21 their jumpsuit. Never arrived. Tried canceling order. Multiple customer service emails same issues of being small, doing everything by hand etc... I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. They are probably part of all the clothing scams from China. Citibank was notified and was able to get a conditional refund for $164.

This place is a total scam, I was ripped off almost 500! I am reporting to my credit card and reporting on any social media outlet I can find.

I contacted them over a series of 10 emails over four months. Do not order!

I GOT SCAMMED

I returned a dress that didn't fit properly. There is no way to contact this company except thru email. I've been emailing and emailing and only heard back once 2 months after the return. The email said to please be patient with them because they are short staffed in their finance department. Complete BS! It now been almost 4 months and no sign of ever seeing my $150 back.

Re: my Return #803: Will be contacting BBB, FTC as well as an attorney if money is not refunded to my AMEX by 6/28/16 5:00 CST.

Ordered two jumpsuits and waited months to receive them and had only one "human" [poor] response, while waiting for my shipment, that was far from accurate as to the actual shipping date (items not rec'd until weeks after Customer Service promised them). I did not even try them on as it was way beyond the event that I needed them for. Waited weeks for info on returns and then additional weeks for return label (which I ended up paying for even though returns are supposedly free). No response to my FB posts along the way re: issues with my order - yet they found the time to personally "Thank" customers who posted positive reviews.

I am now still waiting for a refund of $360 to be applied to my AMEX card. Frustrated that it is beyond the 3-5 business they committed to when they confirmed that they received my refund... beyond frustrated with this whole experience.

Like everyone else on this board, I bought and returned the Sabrina jumpsuit and am still waiting for my refund months later. I will file a complaint with the FTC and hope they shut this place down soon! Do NOT buy from this site, the products are cheap and they don't send the refund they guarantee. This is why they don't have a customer service number.

SCAM! DONT BUY!

I purchase an item of clothing and returned it with in 1 week. 3 1/2 months later I still had NO refund and they wouldn't respond to any emails. I did receive one back confirming they got my item back but still not refund. SO... I turned to Facebook to get their attention and they have blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am also awaiting a return for months now ($180) and get the same canned response from their Customer Service team over and over again. I can't reach an actual person and it is ridiculous. I will never shop with them again, and dissuade others from doing so!
