I have ordered multiple times from them. Never had a problem until this last order. I bought a 3 tier cake for my baby that's dying. Celebrated his bday early due to his cancer progressing and spreading. I told them I wants it to say Happy 15th Birthday Zeus. Instead I got a cake saying " Happy 6th Gotcha day. Now this is quite a difference. Haven't gotten ahold of anyone for a refund or replacement. Usually I wouldn't care, but it is my boys last few months here on earth and I was taking pics for a quilt I'm having made and it was pretty simple what I asked for. I even let them select the colors ( boy) $64 for a cake that was nothing like what I asked for. I even put in the comment section that he is dying. Very disappointed.
We found Okra and Molly by coincidence and have been ordering ever since. We have 2 dogs and make it a point to order their cakes every em year for their bday. We've tried both flavors and they're always a hit. Our dogs even share with their friends who all love the cake as well. The cakes look amazing too which helps us feel like we're spoiling our Dillon and Darcy who deserve all the spoiling in the world!

Last year the cake seemed to be a little bit more moist than the one received this year. My dog didn't seem to enjoy it as much as last year. Perhaps taste buds changed. The only noticeable difference I noted was the moisture of the cake seemed less this year. So I'm not really sure. She had a few bites at least
This was my 3rd purchase and I am extremely pleased with the product, service and delivery. I have searched for years and this by far is the best. I have 5 dogs, so they will definitely get lots of business in the future.

My pups absolutely love when their birthdays come around. The cakes come looking SO nice. The dogs sniff the box as soon as it gets delivered. They love the taste. We give it to the dogs for a couple days as they are big. They are a great price. We will always celebrate our dogs birthday with Okra and Molly cake. Thanks for being so great and convenient

They charged me double on my order and claims it was a technology error on their side. On top of that, the representation of this company is awful and they don't take responsibility of their actions. They are unprofessional and don't care about their customers concerns. Very unprofessional response from customer service. I highly recommend anyone taking their business elsewhere.

I searched through Instagram for dog cakes and came across their page. My dog's birthday theme was an avocado theme and my vision was to replace the avocado middle bone for a paw figure bone and they nailed it! My dog loved the cake and my vision was exact. I ordered my cake one week in advance and it arrived on the exact date i loved it

I am not sure why, but this time around they sent me the wrong flavor cake and it arrived 2 days after my chosen date (which I get they cannot control, but I think it was shipped late too). Normally, 5-star experience, but this time not so much.
I set the delivery date to be 5/11 which is the day before my dogs birthday and it got here on the 8th. The notes said they only last for 2 more days after delivery which is evidently true because I have my dog a piece on her birthday (5/12) and she got sick. The experience just made me sad altogether
I love getting cakes from here we are on the yearly subscription and it's so nice because I don't have to remember to get on here and get the cake! Charlie loves his cakes! The customer service is amazing and they ship really fast and the cake is always perfect never damaged melted or anything!
