I have been ordering cakes for the last seven or eight years and they are always amazing. I love them and so does my dog thank you.

The cake was packed super well, which was a relief since I was worried about it getting messed up during shipping. The cake looked amazing and smelled surprisingly good! My baby had the best birthday thanks to Okra & Molly!

The cake I got for my pup arrived on time, and it looked great! My pup really enjoyed it as well, but a day later and the poor thing is miserable. My pup doesn't usually have a sensitive stomach and has had cakes/treats from other bakeries without any issues. I'm not sure why this cake hasn't sat right with her stomach, but this wasn't the way I expected to rein in her 3rd birthday. Beware when feeding their cakes to your pups!

I ordered for my dog's birthday cake.
I don't know why USP said address is wrong, and USP brought it back.
So I couldn't get cake by my dog's birthday.
I contacted to Okra and Molly many times.
But they just said we aren't shipping company.
Actually I set the arrival date to 3 days before birthday.
Because I didn't want to be late.
And I got cake 5 days after birthday.
But my dog couldn't eat.
Because The cake's expiration date had passed.
I told to Okra and Molly.
But they just said we aren't shipping company.
And then I posted sns, but They removed blocked to me.
It's really not nice and They have no sense of responsibility.
I think If they value the cakes they make, they should be responsible for them until they hand them over to the customer.

WE have purchased a Birthday Cake Subscription for our English Bulldog for her 1st Birthday and we just had her 8th celebration. We love that it is easy to customize if needed and can make adjustments as needed for dates and delivery location.

Our dog Shah's birthday was in February, and we ordered a cake for his 8th birthday. The cake came out perfectly, and he enjoyed it until it was gone. The design was perfect for our boy and his sister, Raya to share. Thank you for making his 8th birthday special!

My bull terrier Tucker's birthday is still a few months away. But, I thought I would take a look at the Okra and Molly website where I ordered his cake last year because the whole experience from start to finish with this small company was fantastic. I bring up the website and start to scroll and what do I see? Tucker! The picture of him last April getting ready to dive into his Okra and Molly Birthday Cake! If you have a dog, and want to celebrate his or her birthday, I highly recommend Okra and Molly. Shipping is fast, the Birthday Cake and other items are high quality, the cakes are sold at an excellent price, and the staff is friendly and just all around excellent. Tucker gives them 2 paws up, he said he would give them all 4 but he doesn't want to fall over!

I received an email saying the cakes were delivered. They were nowhere to be found or in the mailbox. There is no way to contact this company if there is a problem. As they make sure not to list a phone number for questions. This one is on me for choosing this business but it won't happen again. This is not me being rude but you should have better customer service that this.

I've ordered birthday cakes for the past 3 years for my dog. I ordered one this year with two day shipping. I ordered Wednesday with a shipment date of Friday that I chose on the available ship dates on their shipping calendar. I received a text from customer service on Thursday that they would not be able to complete my order by Friday. The greeting and communication was very unprofessional. I was good I don't know why it gives California residents an option for shipping by Friday but we don't do that. That was basically the response. No greeting or explanation. No apology. My dog loves these cakes and I'm sad she won't get one for her birthday pawty this year. I am turned off by the indifferent customer service and sad I will have to find another place to get my dog's birthday cakes from now on.

We ordered a cute-looking cake for our dog's birthday and it arrived on time. But we were stunned when we opened it that it was hard as a brick...we thought it was a dog CAKE, with pet-safe ingredients, not a giant biscuit covered in a rock hard fondant (or concrete?)

On the day of the event my neighbors took turns hitting the cake with a hammer (for fun but also because it was too hard to cut with a knife) until finally we chipped a piece off...and unsurprisingly the dog refused to touch it. Can't blame him...who eats rocks, anyway?

Prior to the big day I reached out to their Customer Service equivalent to complain about how hard it was and they basically said 'too bad, so sad, go away'...
