! I ordered a cake for my dog in December received it late. Figured give them a shot again and ordered one for my second dog for her bday is coming up. I emailed customer service and just asked for a clarification. This did not go down well, they are the RUDEST company I could ever come across. Instead of "I'm sorry" for being rude, I get an email basically telling me to F**** off. Any reputable company would not continue to be rude, especially after you have had multiple orders, they are not worth the money for a hard little cake. Not a reputable business, save your money and go anywhere else!
My Gracie loved her birthday cake which arrived on time and safely packaged even in a massive snow storm. Will definitely buy again.

I bought a birthday cake for my Golden Retriever, Oshie who turned three. Without a doubt, the BEST doggy birthday cake I have ever purchased! Both Oshie and my 5 year old German Shepherd, Kahlua absolutely loved it! I will be buying another cake when we get closer to Kahlua's birthday. Heck, I will buy a cake from time to time just to give them a treat.
Great communication! I submitted my order and needed to change to delivery date and they were able to change it for me. Then because of weather they had to change how it was delivered and they emailed me to let me know. The cake was the perfect size for Koa and he devoured it.
I ordered a cake for my puppy and was forewarned that there were a few cracks in it and was given a free brownie as well as half my money back without even asking. When the cake came there was only one noticeable crack and if i hadnt been told before hand i probably wouldn't have even noticed. The cake was still very pretty and my dogs loved it!

Great products, but customer service is lacking and it was extremely difficult to adjust my order to include no peanut products in the actual product I purchased so that my daughter would not have an anaphylactic allergic reaction. Furthermore, the products arrived a day late. It was not the carriers fault, as the products were sent on a Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday. Their late shipping ended in the shipping providers late delivery. It really should have been sent earlier to ensure that the products arrived on time, especially since the company knows full well that there is a pandemic in full swing with limited employees to deliver said products. Besides these obstacles, our dog loved his birthday cake. The company does have fantastic products. Yet, as much as I would love to give 5 stars, I simply cannot due to the factors listed above.
I have ordered Okra and Molly pupcakes two - three times a year for the last two years. They are amazing quality, they ship wonderfully. They take great care and pride in their products. I would recommend this company to anyone. Not only is it great quality but the pupcakes are affordable. Your pups will love them!
SO thrilled with our cake! Okra and Molly did such a great job, between the colors, decorating, and packaging for shipment. It arrived earlier than I expected and my dog loves it. We'll order one every year from now on!
I really wanted to love this cake. It's super pretty and made for a great photo opportunity however, the cake itself. Trash! I could've defended my life and won using this cake as a weapon. It was BRICK HARD and I was unable to cut it. Once I did break into the cake… I couldn't feed it to my birthday girl. She would've needed the jaws of life to chew it. I ended up grabbing her a pupcake from a local cupcake shop that sells pupcakes. I was so excited to receive this cake. I'm disappointed. Won't purchase again.

Okra and Molly is a great company to get puppy cakes. They're shipping times are pretty good, and the quality of the cake is great! I have a 1 year old beagle and a 1.5 year old cockapoo. They both LOVED their cakes.

This is my second time ordering a bday cake for my pup from Okra and Molly and yet again they did not disappoint. The design was so cute! My pup loved it! They complete and ship their orders fast and I love that they include a cute little birthday hat for my doggo. I got so many compliments on the cake when I posted a photo to social media. Hey Victoria, you're a 2day ship, so for a Wednesday ship, we have to ship it on a Monday, otherwise it would need to be shipped the prior Friday, which is fine, but you'd be getting a much older cake, and we try to get you the freshest cake.
