I have to say that this is the best sim unlock service that I have ever had It was also quite affordable. I had a phone that was giving me some unlock issues and they handled the matter in no time. My phoen has been working perfectly ever since and I have not had any problems with it.
Quick and easy tried through provider didn't work but doing it this way it worked many thanks.
OK so far a little expensive more than it should be could be more fair on prices
Worst service ever. I feel scammed. I paid $5 for network check (what ever that means), then another $23 thinking that will get me the unlock code. After two days and three emails later to customer service they have the nerve to ask for more money before they can release the code. WHAT A SCAM! Why not be upfront and say what the true cost are? STAY AWAY!
Very bad customer service and very patronising emails received form this robbing Compnay charged me over 120 for phone unlocking with i had requested to be cancelled due to having my phone stolen no sympathy regarding my loss and took my money.
I don't know whether the phone has been unlocked or not as it was stolen but please people be very aware that they charge an upfront coat and then a final cost which is not clearly stated when you use the service.
Official sim unlock take £20, then add VAT, then tell you its a finder fee and charge you further charge for unlocking the phone. I cannot believe they haven't been shut down. How companies that are able to operate like this is beyond me.
When you look at their site you are led to believe for a charge of £19.99 you'll receive an unlock code, how wrong can you be, within a few hours you'll receive an email saying your code is ready click this link, that's when they hit you with it's going to cost you another £59 to release th code.
The site is misleading, I have reported it to trading services, I doubt I'll get a refund, my only advice is don't be a mug like me, there are far cheaper ways of unlocking a phone
Took too long and website not clear about the duration to unlock and additional cost after pre unlock.
I WAS CHARGED 23EURO TO GET MY PHONE UNLOCKED. WHEN THEY SAID MY CODE WAS READY THE WANTED TO CHARGE AN EXTRA 79 EURO!
Thank you. Thank you for what!?/. For taking my money and getting nothing in return?!
Quick and easy to use web site and understand what information was required
It worked fine but it borders on fraud not to have the full price at the beginning
Just make sure your phone can be unlocked before proceeding. All that is asked is the make not the model & number. Guarantee is not100% as stated because if can not be unlocked not there
Responsibilty. Where is. The 100%? Because
Shocking: where did you mention about the extra charges refer above very expensive and overcharged as the discount rate was also taken from bank
Shocking: where did you mention about the extra charges
Appalling customer service with misleading information at start of process, no pre agreed price as described in FAQs, felt held over a barrel for extortionate second payment couldn't speak to an advisor even after requesting twice by mail and three times by phone message as despite numerous attempts over phone ( totally automated no customer service) would not recommend £72 pound is a long way from 19.99. Did eventually receive code which worked as advised but not in timescales given.
I think your advertising on your web page in relation to pricing is extremely misleading. People have no idea what the charge is when they first pay
I notice a lot of people are reviewing the service before the unlock is complete. The service was polite and fast while they were asking me for money - it was after that that it deteriorated - and my phone is not unlocked.
THIS PART WAS EASY - BUT RESERVING JUDGEMENT UNTIL DELIVERY
That's a total disgrace, they charge me £23.99 first time and I did give them all the details including the network that was locked on, after that they send me another email saying that amount was just a preorder and then they asked another £47.99 for the unlock code and another couple of emails between this with a gap of good hours, after 3 days I did got the unlock code, wouldn't recommend for anyone to use their services. I end up having my phone unlocked for about £80
That's a total scam first I paid £23.99 to get the code but I've received another email the following day if I want my unlock code to pay another £34, don't use them at least I'm not gonna do it again
So far so good. Let's see if it works. Not reached that step yet.
Answer: 100 percent a scam; morally, legally, colloquially speaking.
Answer: No I would advise you to go somewhere else. This company is a total ripoff.
Answer: You didn't realize it because officialsimunlock.com didnt want you to realize it, at least until after they reeled you in with a first "prepayment".
