I've been waiting almost a week just to unlock the phone. No won't recommend

Great website easy to use and got the job done on a couple of days, didn't realise after initial payment there would be a further payment due but that's fine on the whole a great company who made the situation easy

Happy that the phone was unlocked unhappy I had to pay £50.00

I couldn't afford to complete the order and lost my payment of £19.99. I was disappointed with the entire w patience. I have since had the phone unlocked for free by contacting the original owner for help.

At first this may appear to be a fast and reasonably priced unlocking service, Granted the service did appear to have the unlock code ready to use within 24 hrs which is great, however the problem becomes apparent at that point when you are notified that they want another payment to settle up before they will release the code.
I feel it is entirely up the unlocking service to charge what they like as long it is made clear what the actual full payment would be from the outset, in this case that was not case as they have hidden away the details in the small print which most people do not really bother to read.
So I cannot really recommend this company, io would advice avoid at all costs.

RIP OFF. First price given is, as they say for chacking phone. Price they give you for phone unlocking is 3 times HIGHER, not even sure if it would work then

Everything was simple so far painless. But the website quoted £15 but after I had paid the quoted fee it was then raised to £65 to continue think this made the experience very disappointing. The sim was unlocked in the time quoted.

Easy to purchase the unlock process. Too long to actually receive the unlock. The worst thing is that you are charged £23.99 pre pay charge, and then another £43.99 for the unlock! Way too much money, wish I got it done elsewhere. Will NEVER use this company again.

To be honest I'm not happy with my experience I thought from what i read it was £29.99 and it took 24-48 hrs to get the phone unlocked so I paid the £29.99 upfront not knowing I had to pay another £48 just to get it unlocked :/ thanks anyway

Easy once I received it but slow progress and extra cost which I believe is down to the original phone provider.

I paid £19.99 & £4 VAT
Thinking my phone would be unlocked pretty quick( it said instant unlock on the ad) i wait 24 hours for them to tell me i now owe them £47.99 plus £8 VAT.
So over £80 to unlock an old phone.

They are lying and saying its because it was a contract phone but it isnt! Its an old s6 that i had to borrow because my phone broke.
I wrote a reveiw on trust pilot and Sim Unlock Official actually flagged it down as innaproppriate! AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE
Realy annoyed at my self for not reading reviews properly. They are obviously very good at getting the bad reveiws shut down so be careful!

First stage was easy have yet to know if it works

Can honestly say the remaining 2 day wait for it to unlock soon came around and for the total price paid the phone never left my side you could most likely save a few pounds going to a shop but is It worth it knowing you can have it done sitting at home
Excellent service all round

Very easy and friendly site to use to unlock your sim. The only surprise is the price of the unlocking. I would not mind it if I could get all the price list in advance rather pay some and had to pay some more for service. But overall very pleased with service.
