BEWARE - This company is NOT an authorized Herman Miller distributor. This company is a 3rd party reseller. The chair I received was used and it broke quickly. I just received my Herman Miller Aeron. It arrived in great condition. I ordered one of the refurbished chairs and looks as good as new to me. Couldn't be happier. I was a little concerned after the wait time, but you are told up front, and they responded promptly to my questions. I will definitely be ordering more!
These guys are not a retailer, but a reseller, and thus they have great prices. Not all of their merch is new, but they make that very clear in their material. And while they move a little slower than a regular retailer, they completed every transaction -- including a full refund for a return. I have nothing to complain about and would use them again.
If you like broken chairs then this is the place for you. Sent us a "refurbished" ten your old broken chair. We had to take a video and jump through hoops to get them to acknowledge it was broken. After they admitted it was broken, they said they would send us the part to fix it with a video on how to do it. When I told them I didn't feel I could fix the chair they insulted me and said even a child could fix it. They finally agreed to take it back and refund the money. They shipped the chair back, but we never received a refund. Capital One was ZERO help. They wanted me to basically get a second opinion. Which I could not because I no longer had the chair. Seriously expensive nightmare! Buyer Beware! I rarely leave reviews, but I made an exception for this company.

I've made two purchases of Herman Miller Equa chairs from Office Chair@ Work. My first (in 2019) was perfect and exactly what I wanted, but the second (in 2022) was not what I expected and I needed to return it. So why am I still leaving a five star review? Because the customer service when I had an issue with that second order was beyond amazing.
I received a response to every e-mail within no more than 45 minutes. And it was not just some canned automatic robo-response -- it was a substantive response from a real human being. She even responded almost immediately to e-mails sent at 2Am and 3AM. I wasn't expecting a response until the next day at the earliest, but she e-mailed me back at 2:16AM and 3:18AM. I've never seen that from any other company, ever.
I ultimately returned the chair for a full refund (after she searched the inventory at my request to see if the company had a suitable replacement), but I won't hesitate to do business with this company again.
I needed this chair in time for my special event. The normal time frame was up to 15 business days. They said they will try and had my order delivered in only 5 days! Great service & great chair.
Ordered my refurbished chair and it was more NEW than anything. As they said it was delivered within 15 days of purchasing ( weekends included) 4 bolts and it was all put together. Can't wait to order my next one from them.

Purchased a "Herman Miller Aeron" chair for $866. The seat ripped. When I replaced it (another $296), I learned that it was refurbished using fake HM parts. Company wouldn't make it right. Dishonest advertising. Would not recommend.
I want to give a shout out to Evelyn Kinsley for the quick response and great service. A wheel broke on a chair I had only had 4 weeks. I reached out to customer service to see if the wheel was cover by warranty. With in just a few hours I received a reply and told they would ship one asap.
I'm not use to this kind of quick service with other companies, so I wanted to call out Evelyn here.
I made an order 15 days ago, and the website missed their own processing/shipping deadline without any outreach to me.
When I called cust support, a robot told me to use their email instead.
I did. Evelyn Kinsley wrote me back and quoted a processing/shipping timeline different than was is clearly on their website.
She offered to replace my order with a different - more expensive - option ready to ship "immediately."
I canceled my original order and bought the new one.
When I mentioned that I'd issue a chargeback if they missed their deadlines again, they canceled my re-order.
This site is so epically unable to meet their own promises that they can't even take an order that demands they meet their own policies.
Save your time and money -- choose a chair vendor that will actually sell you a chair.

On the website and in correspondence, this company says Aeron chairs will be delivered 30-45 days after purchase. They charge your credit card immediately. In my case, after about 40 days, I emailed asking where was my chair. Evelyn K in Customer Care emailed that it would arrive within 5-10 days. With no notice, it showed up on the sixth day. Looks and works like new at a much lower price.
They sell great looking chairs. I picked up a few Leap chairs and all came in good via UPS in 7 days free shipping
I believe office chair has the quickest customer service reponse time via email. Had some questions and got a reply via email within 5 minutes. That is fast.
Best chairs for the lowest price we could find and arrived fast and on time just as promised. Am telling my colleagues to.
I found this company to have excellent customer service. Very responsive. They are some sort of aggregator and have access to new or returned but new parts and send you a legitimate brand name chair for less than retail. If your unhappy with anything they are willing to work with you to come to a happy conclusion.
After I ordered my Herman Miller Aeron chair I started looking at reviews for Office Chairs at work and I started becoming anxious. However my chair arrived a few days ago and so far it seems my worries were unfounded.
Couple thing people should know however
1. The countdown timer on the discount sale is purely a marketing ploy. I bought my chair partially because I thought the sale was going to expire. But that was back in January and each time Ive checked it it says the sale is going to end in five hours. I'll give them credit, its actually a smart idea, but at least as far as I know right now its just a marketing ploy
2. The chairs are REFURBISHED. It does say this on the website, its not exactly hidden, but it isn't in bold writing either
3. Shipping times can vary. I was intially told 5-14 days, and it ended up being closer to roughly 25 days. However, when I emailed them about it they did get back to me within 24 hours saying that it was because there were alot of people ordering Herman Miller Aeron chairs (Which makes sense because these are amazing chairs)
4. Finally, Ive seen a lot of people complaining about lack of helpful customer service. It is true that when you call the number, it goes straight to voicemail, or tell you to email them. They did reply to my email within 24 hours like they said they would, but it did feel a tad "bot" like. Not to insult the person who wrote it by any means, it just felt like a generic, but slightly helpful, reply.
I am happy with my chair, the wheels are a bit stiff and I may have to adjust the raising function because it does sink slightly whenever I sit in it ( I got the size B and I weight roughly 150 lbs at 6 feet tall, so It isnt due to the wrong size.
For the prices they offer, free shipping, and how its already assembled when it comes out of the box, Id say they are a pretty good place to get office chairs from if you dont want to blow a months rent on furniture.

Answer: They took my order & money over a month ago, with a promise of Christmas delivery. No chair yet, no updates or communication. I'd say it's a SCAM.
