After the Octapharma Plasma intake person took my picture and information, he told me I was on the National Donor Deferral Registry (NDDR®). He knew in advance I was going to be banned. A more kinder and business like approach would be to tell me in advance I would not qualify, then ask me to volunteer this information. Also, the intake man did not even give his first name and his name tag was not clearly displayed (lettering was small.)

The assistance manager quincy help resolved my problem that I had experienced on March 26 2022 he was very sweet and nice and also helpful so I do thank him for that

Octapharma is the best donation place. The staff makes the visit that much easier. I'm glad I changed locations.

The owner loves good reviews and could care less about us donors. He never responds or tries to fix negative reviews. Still not answering phone.the latina supervisor is a terrible person. Rude and a ugly personality. She should be terminated and never work with people again. If i could give negative stars wpuld give 5... never will return there..

Absolutely horrified by my experience. I was drained completely of all my blood after an hour so they put a needle in my other arm where they drained me of all fluids until I passed out in the chair. Almost threw up it's been three days still feel sick and my entire arm is purple at their injection site.

This place feels like home its cheerful respectful and quick to get in and out most of all the workers are funny as hell and it's nun they wouldn't help you with when u ask

This business is busy all the time and the girls on the floor always do their best to have patience with each and every customer. They are patience helps with the long waits… And as always can't say enough good about management they are super great!

I stand in line from 5:30 am untill the doors opens at 7:00am. I see the workers comes on time an with a warm welcome an hello on cold mornings. Once inside, the staff are warm an friendly especially floor manger Ms. Dawn she awesome

First I have been using your facility for approximately 7 years. I very much appreciate the raise in donation pay only to find the without telling us that that we would be donating approximately 200 extra units no extra pay. And when I realized it was taking approximately 1.5 hours longer to donate I expressed my opinion by a employee name Jennifer to just go some where else. My question why are you pushing donors out the door when plasma is in such desperate need.

Here's why you have to stop donating at Octapharma plasma. On November 12th of 2021. The company instituted a new donor withdrawal requirement. Instead of donating the usual amount. They are now taking more plasma. In other words, I generally donate 800ML's of plasma per sitting. I learned, they are now taking an additional 190ML's. This makes the combined withdrawal 990ML's. This is nothing short of greed. This is completely unsafe. They take plasma to use as proteins. These proteins are needed for Amino acids. Amino acids are vital for Metabolic reactions in the body. Let's back up even before that. To replace any fluid loss. The heart and kidneys have to work that much HARDER to replenish this volume loss. If you have an UNDIAGNOSED heart condition. This will compound your Cardiac condition. To what extent? I'm don't know. Everyone is different. ALL, I'M SAYING IS STOP DONATING AT OCTAPHARMA PLASMA. They try to sell you on saving lives. My question to you is. Who will save your life because of this? I will never go back there. IT'S NOT SAFE. It's day 2 for me POST donation. I've rehydrated, eat healthy and workout. I'm STILL NOT AT 100%
