Really nice people. They taken good care of you and make great conversation. Capt Plasma, Cierra, Tay, Kaylie and Kim are the nicest people here.

Sometimes it takes a little longer I said the employees are some times slower then I like but overall very nice

Usually don't have any problems when I go in and staff is really friendly and great to talk to. Staff member Jerry definitely makes the donating experience worth it! Very professional and friendly.

Staff is very helpful and the lines move quickly. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never had an unpleasant experience.

Hi my name is Leah Villalobos and I donate plasma for extra cash on the side and when I went to Csl plasma no one was able to stick me, and I thought it was my fault maybe my veins weren't capable, and I wouldnt be able to help save lives, however, that couldn't be further away from the truth because when I went to Octapharma it was no issues! Everything from initial registration to the complete donation was very Swift and it was a smooth process, and YDALI who is the supervisor over donation Department she is absolutely amazing her personality is so bubbly and nurturing she took all my fears away and she is a sticking expert! YDALI WAS ABLE TO DO ANY ARM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, AND Steve was also a great screener he had conversation that made me feel naturally comfortable. The staff in general was amazing.

How to plasma have very good workers they just in and out quick as possible one of the best plasma centers I ever been to

The environment is very welcoming here! Also, the staff are very kind and understanding. The patience of the staff is amazing.

This has been a unique experience. The people at my center are so nice and courteous. It felt good to donate and feel like I'm giving back.

It's good for extra money like for gas and food it definitely comes in hand and you are helping to save lives at the same time. The lines are often long and under staffed so patience is key prepare to be there 1-/ 2hours some days other days maybe shorter but overall great atmosphere people and staff!

Went into today after not having donated in a couple years. Went through the process which took about 2 hours for the physical etc. as a new donor. Got sat immediately with Molly. She was so polite, kind, and tentative. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Today I went to my second visit at the Octoplasma in Bear Valley. I was told that my second visit would be a lot faster but instead it was not they still wanted to give me another physical that I just had a week ago and go through all the other steps watching a video and having to do the kiosk questionnaire which takes at least 10-15 minutes. People are unorganized you have a different person for each task. I don't have two to three hours to sit and wait and get a physical done every time I go it's ridiculous. They're understaffed.
