I just want to say the staff is great Ms Freda is very efficient at her job and speeds the screening process up and tries to keep the line moving and get us to the floor to donate

This is a pretty decent place for donations. The building is usually clean, lines are sometimes long but generally acceptable.

The man doing the procedure really did a good job and didn't mess up, be was funny and made the overall experience really great. Other staff members was awesome too.

All the workers there are bitter And they are always working in a bad mood they are people who do not deserve to have that job that makes the company look bad they should close that place

Warm friendly and fast. I hate needles and they put me at ease. I came twice and both times they made it a very relaxing experience.

This place is great! Everyone is very nice and helpful and they make you feel comfortable. I had Meredith as a sticker the first time I was here and she was very personable and nice. Amber is also great as I have dealt with her several times. Overall awesome experience. I recommend this place highly if donating plasma!

Throughout the whole process, Medical staff is always friendly and attentive. The down side is the wait… Always a 3 hr (avg) experience… Need to open another location or HIRE! Was in line and the sent 10 new potential life saving donors away! Maybe time for a management change?

Ryan gave me the idea to write him a review but sticking has been OK for the past two weeks I'm glad I didn't take longer than an hour 30 minutes thanks ryan

Octapharma on Lancaster is the only place I will go. Ryan P. Is a great phlebotomist, no pain, no adjustments, great patient care and customer service.

The staff at OctaPlasma are always nice and friendly and helpful with any questions I have making my experience good.
