The company has garnered mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service. Positive sentiments highlight the professionalism and attentiveness of certain staff members, as well as the overall cleanliness and efficiency of some locations. However, significant concerns arise from reports of long wait times, perceived racial bias, and unprofessional behavior among employees. Customers express frustration over management issues, understaffing, and unfulfilled promises related to referral bonuses and donation compensation. Overall, while some donors appreciate their experiences, a notable portion feels dissatisfied, indicating a need for improved staff training and operational efficiency.

Good place good service great location and good pay and great people's and helps a lot of people better
Clean, friendly place with nice and courteous staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to donate try here 1st.
I love octapharma an Rachel is the best great personality. They are always helpful an very fast when coming to service.
Be very careful when you enter this facility. If you have a reaction you are treated like you are a problem you're giving a Gatorade and pretty much kicked out the door. Nobody calls to follow up to make sure you're okay sure you're okay. You're treated like a number not a patient. They treat you like they're doing you all the favor when you are kindly giving them your Plasma to help other peoples Health! They look down on you for it. They are very spiteful too.If you complain about anything they lower your pay or try to defer you, very spiteful people that work there. Brooke and Jennifer very unprofessional.
I am a donor at octapharma in Evansville Indiana n everytime I I am there it's all ways the best people there nothing but respect for James Danielle Jillian Kim Erin Jerry merideth
I have been going to the hulen location for a while now and today I met Kiki and she so amazing! She was a very gentle and when my donation started going south as far as me feeling nauseated, she rushed right over to help make me feel at ease. She is very friendly and really made me feel comfortable and like my health was what was most important. I will be looking forward to seeing her again next time I go to donate. Thanks Kiki, you ROCK GIRL!
Chaz goes above and beyond for his customers. He made me feel comfortable. I have been turned away twice do to other workers not finding my vein. Chad had no issues. I will continue to come on his shifts. The staff were all nice and welcoming.
Second time driving out to find they are closed. I tried all 5 options available on phone but couldn't get a human to answer.
I went to Octapharma for the first time and my Medical Screener Dazya was extremely kind and efficient! She led me through the process clearly. Another person who made my experience positive was Nurse Khyana. She conducted my physical exam and was quick and thorough.
The staff here are friendly and courteous. They also show genuine concern for your well being. The building's kept clean as well!
Extremely unprofessional staff I would never recommend this place for donating. Aracely and Jen are extremely rude and unprofessional. You are not treated with care if you come into this facility. I witnessed staff sexually harassing donors. Also, staff are asking donors to write reviews and giving out fast pass, which means none of their reviews are genuine.
So I suppose the center I visited was decent enough. Although when their entire system crashed they left everyone in the building hanging and even ignored people walking in and leaving us (the donors) to explain why the kiosks weren't working. Had anyone had an ounce of initiative they would have asked all the donors waiting if they wanted to leave phone numbers where they could be reached when the system came back on line or at least apologized and maybe offered us a bottle of water or something. But no... they hid in the back. And yes... they share your personal information. I protect the e-mail account/phone number I gave them carefully... I have disposable accounts for all the marketing BS. And within 3 days? I was getting spam e-mail/calls that were clearly related the the area I donated in/only just moved to. 100% it was them... tremendously disappointing
Teshea was very respectful and know what she was doing. Made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. Great people and environment. Will definitely be back to donate
I went there today and they stuck me in the wrong part of my arm and had me bleeding everywhere and my arm is still in pain from it and they didn't even pay me either after they did it.
They considered me a new donor. I went through the whole process of a new donor. 4 hours and 25 minutes later after a successful donation I was paid as a returning donor. They will not do anything about it. If a mistake was made it was on them. I shouldn't get the short end of the stick very upsetting
My experience started on Monday 12-5-22, I called to get details to become a new donor. I spoke with a very nice woman who was very helpful and suggested that I come early to avoid the "rush". I called back on Thursday and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Frank, after a very pleasant conversation I asked if an appointment was needed (the reason I called) his reply was "no but try to be here as early as possible we open at 7am". So Friday morning I drove frome Springfield to Kettering ( about 29 miles) and arrived at a run down shopping center where Octapharma is located. I walk in to find two people standing in line and 3 people in beds donating and one young lady doing the pre-screening. It's currently 7:45 am. At 8am the same two people are still standing in line and I finally walk up to the counter and only at that point was I acknowledged. The young lady with blonde highlights in her hair asked of I was a new donor, I replied yes and she rolled her eyes and then sighed as she began to speak. Her words were " so we are not taking new donors at this time because we don't have the staff to handle it but if you want to come back in like 3 or 4 hours..." I told her I was not returning and that it was a 30 mile drive and she immediately turned her back to me and acted as though I wasn't there.
This is a perfect sign of how this place operates and a warning of how they do business. I'm glad I left and I will never return, I am warning others to stay away as well.
The address is 1042 Patterson
I went to donate. I was approved by the doctor. Then Tonja, some manager said NO! I'm perfectly healthy. It's all over cheating on my brother in law. She's got a real bad attitude. A friend of mine goes there. He gets home 4 hours later, because it takes so long. He'll come back blood all over him and leaking from bandage.
Excellent employees, fast and precise process and the best pay. Hands down the best plasma donation center in OKC.
I'm terrified of needles but the staff there is very freindly and professional. They make it easy and painless.
I started donating there a couple months ago. At first it was fine. Than they started making.people wait to donate even though there was aot of seats empty to donate. Today went in to donate. The manager came up to me and started yelling at me calling names. Because I gave her a dirty look for staring at my bottom she forced me to go way back in the end of the line. I did. Then she came baxk to me and forced me to further back on the line.
Answer: U NEVER CAN. They turn the ringer off cause they are buisy..
