I need similar accommodation for a similar price just as close to Flinders Street Station.
If you could assist in finding me accommodation that would be good

It is not acceptable that I'm told that the rate is no longer available, just after receiving a first e-mail mentioning there was no issue.
This was my first try with Nustay... and my last one.
Other plateforms do not have such problems.
