I searched the Internet for the cheapest place to get these. Northline Express had the best prices. I had not ever heard of this store, but I took a chance and ordered anyway. I received an email to let me know when they received my order and then when it would be shipped. I received them in a timely manner. I won't hesitate to order from Northline Express again. (If you live in mosquito areas, read up on this product and keep mosquitos at bay in a safe way; won't hurt pets or wildlife)

Everything went great but I know there was a small trail of refractory cement from there to here, 25lb bucket had lost about 8to 9lb of cement.some weakling dropped the bucket in box and popped the lid! But hey that's on the shipper! Not you guys but maybe seal the product lids better? Any ways outstanding overall! Thank you

This product is more than necessary if you have a wood stove. It very efficiently captures the heat leaving through the stove pipe and puts it back into your home. There was no question that we would replace our 40 year old magic heat unit with a new magic heat unit. Fast shipping, responsive, hope I don't have to order again but I would and definitely recommend this product and company.
A little heavy but very sturdy printer stand with plenty of storage space.
Phone service was great. Delivery came in a timely manner. Chimney cap looked and felt of great quality but I am a little concerned that the insert part was not seamless. It was a snug fit but I took a picture anyway.my concern is when I remove the cap to annual clean my chimney, will the askew metal cause any damage to the actual chimney.
Product was good. Fit as it should. There was some slight damage to the product during shipping. It was bent a little bit on one corner. Given its on the roof, I don't really mind, but packaging could be a little better to prevent this in the future. I will say, it was hard to find a cap this large, that covered to openings on my chimney. It worked great, and hopefully prevents another mama raccoon from coming in with her babies. EEK
Bought 2 units (portable) for large piece of cleared property with pool, pavilion and two story house. One at each far corner. Since firing up the units - Skeeters are GONE!
E-mailed once just because I was unfamiliar with the company and the deal seemed suspiciously good. I got a quick response and quick delivery. Wish they didn't use FedEx because FE has issues with my area, but everything was seamless. Great purchase. Will check with them again for further purchases.
Had to replace one of my Skeetervacs that is very old, it is possible that it can be serviced but we needed to suck up mosquitos now. The only problem is we have trouble sleeping at night due to all of the screaming from the captured and dying mosquitos. The machines are awesome and Northline has been great through the many years we have been purchasing from them.
