We put this product on our yard at least once a month after mowing and it helps control the mosquitoes very well
I placed my order, then after I looked at my existing chimney pipe I wasn't sure I ordered the correct piece. Emailed customer service to confirm so I could proceed or change order accordingly. Received a response promptly, which eased my mind. Also, shipping was very fast!

Easy to use site. It had everything I needed and at a reasonable price.
We recently had our old stone fireplace rebuilt to preserve the long history of our centerpiece of our cabin. During the rebuild, the fire box had to change and it was difficult to find a new grate that fit just right. We must have shopped 6 different places. Product works great and did as was well as we hoped. My issue was with the shipping. My address was correct and clearly stated on my account. Whoever inputted the information on the shipping label put the wrong address in and my item was delivered to the wrong address. Had to go and retrieve my package from another house.
No issues, everything went smoothly. Would order again. Product is excellent. Dimensions were perfect and easy to understand.
