We received the fireplace grate in a timely manner and are pleased with the quality of the product. I waited to review until we had opportunity to try it out. It fits correctly and holds the firewood well so the wood does not roll off when adding more wood to the fire. The only concern we had was the box it was shipped in was coming apart when it arrived but there was no damage to the product.

Good experience. It took several tries to find the product I needed on your website. I had used the term "reducer" instead of "increaser" and that search resulted in a "no items found" result.
