I received the initial confirmation of my firewood rack order. After that there was no communication at all. I finally reached out to customer service to get a status. I was told to wait another week. Still no status updates. I finally canceled the order and bought one locally.

The company should either upgrade the corrugated box that the item comes packed in, or place this box in an additional outer carton. The box the item comes in, is designed to be shipped as part of a palletized load. And is not subject to the same handling that an individual box is.
