Easy process and I'm almost 80. Easy to order. Love the product and at our age it's not difficult for us to limit the amount of wood we carry though it will hold more. It is very attractive with the wood so handy nearby our fireplace and easy to throw a log on the fire. Great company to do business with that sells high quality products.
I sent a chat explaining everything. I'm not repeating. Only by going to on line was I able to complete the purchase. I did not receive free shipping as promised. We need the set now. So I went ahead.

I received my order in a timely fashion. Upon inspection the two pieces of flue pipe were damaged, one beyond use. I called and sent photos of the boxes and damaged pipes. I was told that they would replace one and discount the other I was satisfied with that. I received the replacement piece... undamaged. Very satisfied with service.
So far I am impressed easy to order and great prices. Shipping was free and my son loves this grill!

We ordered a chimney from north line. One of the sections was dented during shipping. I thought it would be a hassle to get returned and a new one to replace the damaged section. Northline was super quick and helpful with making things right!
Got the shipment on time, all parts were accounted for, and the end product is so far meeting my expectations. I will say that the assembly experience was harder than I expected and the instructions are sometimes hard to understand, but in the end I got through it after a couple of 4 hr assembly sessions. Probably 8 hrs total in assembly, not including the floor.

Shipping and customer service was great but my stove pipe came dented and scratched up…I unbent it and it will work I think but could do better in protecting expensive product during transit.

They emailed me a $5.00 credit for spending over $50.00 and it would not except the code. Every thing else was good
I ordered a stainless steel chimney liner and fittings from Northline. They arrived 4 days later! I then shopped locally for new 8" ducts to complete the inside hookup. Not one store had all the parts I needed and the prices were all over the board. Northline had it all, I saved money and it was here in 3 days!
