Chimney Liner Kit

The liner itself is a lot stiffer than I assumed it would be, getting around tight corners or jogs in the chimney was very difficult. I had to come out a hole of an existing brick chimney, my only options were to attach a TEE or break out a large portion of brick. I tried to explain my situation but was sent a stove top adapter instead of the 90 so currently I am waiting on my second order to receive the 2 piece TEE necessary to finish my project. Incidentally, I now have to pull the liner back out to attach the portion of the TEE that must go on first. I assume with the attached portion of the TEE, putting the liner in that was very difficult the first time is going to be much more problematic.

ONE DAY A FEW ITEMS SHOW UP AND THEN A FEW DAYS LATER OTHER ITEMS SHOW UP AND SO ON. I HAVE A PROJECT I NEEDED TO GET NOW IN ONE DAY AND NOT SPLIT UP SEVERAL DAYS AT A TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED FROM NORTHLINE EXPRESS IS JUST GREAT BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER WITH SHIPPING.

Very close to perfect.

The shopping experience was simple, easy and fast.
The product, on the other hand has a few issues: one of the blower tube end caps will not stay on and the base that supports the tubes is in my practical oppion, to low. Ash builds up quickly and the need to constantly clean out the fireplace to keep good air circulation is messy and tedious. So I flipped mine over to raise it. Also as your wood burns down, the smaller peices of wood fall between the tubes and you lose the potential BTU of that fuel, a grate that sits over the tubes would prevent that. I use an old BBQ grill grate. Just my observations. Carry on.

I shopped for a heavy duty snow and wind rated carport. I found one that was supposed to be made of 14.5 oz materials which is wind and snow rated and the company advertised lowest price guaranteed. I paid $949. Next day I found the same product on Amazon for $799 which was advertised as the HD 14.5 oz so I thought I paid more for the better product. When it arrived it's the same product as Amazon and says right in the directions NOT FOR WIND AND SNOW. ADVERTISED WITH 5 YEAR WARRANTY ARRIVED ONLY 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I CALLED AND THE COMPANY SAID I COULD RETURN IT AND PAY THE FRIGHT SHIPPING COST BOTH WAYS. WOULDNT DO ANYTHING ELSE.

The one item I returned cost $130.00. My cost to ship back was $79.00. I have to now pay the shipping from you to me. I assume 40-50 $. There is also a restocking fee of 15%.

My guess is I will not get a refund but will owe you $25.00 for returning the product
