Tree arrived ontime and in healthy condition. The stalk was cut to fit box. This may turn a tree to a bush. Time will tell, I will try to work with it.
Received the six pipe unit and blower. The unit was bent at the top, but nothing I couldn't straighten out with a couple of vice grips. A good product.
They are taking money from my refund when the product was unused, perfect condition in original box. Was 1st told it was a restocking fee, which if you look at return policy that restocking fee does not apply to me. Then when I questioned it, I was told something else! And I have gotten no response back after that! Very bad customer service. Sent my items back right away when I realized they didn't work for me. This company was no help. Being a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is and this company needs work in that department!

I ordered 3 cone forks and they arrived fine and timely, however, I was disappointed when we used them during our camping trip. They did not work as intended, because after filling the cone and extending the fork to reach the fire... the fork twisted and dumped the entire cone in the fire. I am disappointed that I will not be able to use them for cones.
