It was an easy purchase, a simple website to navigate.
This is my second order because Northline Express is the best I have found for excellent an site, fast shipping and quality products.

I had ordered a 2/12 by 6/12 woodstove roof flashing and received it all bent up, upon calling customer service was able to talk with a representative and she informed me on how that is shipped. I did not know that and was able to get it flat enough to use it but the representative was nice enough to include a storm collar for it which I had forgotten to purchase. Everything was fine and will continue to purchase from Northline, they stand behind their customers.
Almost perfect, wish I could have access my history. The current shipment arrive, the box and content (4 3in x 36in pellet stove pipe) were undamaged.
My order was shipped out in two parcels. I received one and the other one got sent back and the company charged me for the one sent back.

I needed some parts for my wood stove chimney and stumbled upon Northline. Their prices are decent and they're availability is good, my only gripe is the cart automatically empties itself if you leave things in it. When I went to finish my order the items weren't there, and I ended up spending $100 more on an item that I had thought the price had gone up on. Only after placing my order did I get an ad from them showing the item I originally wanted for the lower price. I guess it's my fault but I won't be using them again.

Reasonable prices and good inventory
Quick and easy. With just moderate pressure the soot was removed and the stone looked new. I did not know how much soot had accumulated until I cleaned just one stone, it looked like I replaced the area with new stone.
