Very easy shopping experience, and it's true to size

Was my first order. Info said order was ready, but took weeks to get tracking info. Tracking did not show any movement. I received a new tracking number. Later, I also received a "custom cleared" message although package was shipped from BC and I'm in QC. Items finally got delivered, but I'm not sure I would order again with all such mixed messages.

All of the products I've purchased are absolute favorites!

Having waited some time for my size to arrive when I ordered I mistakenly ordered the wrong size I emailed straight away and received a prompt response confirming they had amended my order. Very personal response and now delighted with my new walking trousers.

Poor fit, poor quality trousers. The static generated by the synthetic fabric is fearsome. The website offers easy, no questions asked returns, I have waited over 2 weeks for Northbound to tell me how. They are not communicating so I have initiated a dispute with PayPal in an effort to reclaim my money.

My sizes weren't in production for a while but when my sizes were available, I was invited to order. My order was delivered in less than three weeks. Very comfortable clothing and very satisfied.

Easy ordering, and great customer care. I would call it superior "in-store experience" but, well, you know..

Looking forward to wearing these pants...really hope they are water proof...

Ordered the Women's fleece-lined waterproof hiking pants, size 8 Tall on Dec 19. Used the NBG (Northbound Gear) site to get recommendations on sizing, as well as prior customer reviews to get just the right fit and info on wear/durability. I am 5'10", 150#, slim with an unusually long inseam; even tall sizes are usually too short for me. These pants were perfectly sized with all of the things I need for outdoor hiking and activities in cold and snow. My iPhone13 with case fits great in the back zippered pocket, no worries about it falling out. Love these! Can't wait to order the new high-waisted style which became available just recently (I really prefer high-waisted but couldn't wait for them to be available). The only issue I had was with USPS, which took 3 weeks to deliver to my mailbox and basically lost my package somewhere in the process. NBG was offering me discounts via email during that time, but couldn't use their offers since I hadn't even received my order yet. NBG did follow up with me just today to find out if I received my order or not (Jan 15), so that was a little awkward since I've only had them for one week and worn only once. This opportunity to review was attached to their inquiry, so hopefully this is helpful to the company and other customers. Again, great product - will order again!

Took a long time to arrive as did not realise from Canada not enough info on advert to indicate this and more annoying that had to pay to Canada to send it back and item did not resemble the advert

Too low in the rise. I'd like a higher waisted pant. The legs however were exceedingly comfortable!

Pants were great. Northbound alerted me when they had my size available. I immediately ordered them for a decent price. Then I waited weeks to receive them.

Good quality trouser, many useful pockets, nice color

Easy to use web site and the order arrived on time even though it was the christmas period. The pants are warm, waterproof and very comfortable. I have been working outside in the rain inthem and would recommend them to anyone

I currently using my new back pack on a trip to Antartica. I am happy of the side straps where I can snug up the pack to give it a smaller profile while on regional size aircraft. First trip with the pack and all is well.
