Product lands in IL then takes days longer to arrive by heading out East to NY when I am in MN adding many days and my frustration to the experience. Pants are good but I am not sure they are worth the cost.

The pants are great, fit well and are very comfortable, they are now my go to winter pants. If I was to improve one thing on the pants it would be a slightly longer fly zipper.

I really like the pants but delivery took along time.

I've been looking for a pair of comfortable insulated pants and purchased a pair from Northbound Gear. I liked the fabric and construction, but I found the fit too loose in the thighs, so decided to return them. The return policy is "full refund within 60 days", but that really isn't exactly the case. Although my pants were shipped to me from the United States, the return address is in BC Canada, and shipping there is not cheap, plus they charge a restocking fee. On top of that, getting the return authorization took several of calls and emails. I'm hoping I eventually get the refund.

Pants are warm & comfortable. Zippered pockets are nice sized. Hoping they hold up.
Only drawback was delivery time.

Great quality product, awesome fleece lining, great exterior material for hiking, but a poor fit. Very tight through the thigh and loose in the waist. I'm 5'2" and 160lb, ordered a short size 12. I can't freely move my legs to hike because of how tight the pants are in the thigh. Even with a belt, the pants are way too big in the waist and are consistently falling down. I won't be able to get another size because if I go down a size for the waist, the legs will be too tight, and if I go up a size for the legs, the pants will fall off my waist. I will need to be sending these pants back unfortunately.

Excellent seamless experience from start to finish

The pants are amazing. Fit is the same as you wear for jeans. Only thing is is that it took forever to receive my order (5weeks or so). I'd buy again for sure.

It took 3 weeks to receive my order. In this day and age, that is way too long. Not sure if it's just cheap shipping, or the USPS, but I expected better.

The pants come off way too sweaty parts like. I was a little disappointed with the styling.

I love these pants! True to size, enough length, lightweight, yet warm!

Shopping was easy, shipping pretty fast. Pants are comfortable, very good in the wind, look good, and are well made. They are a little long, and the pocket zippers creep open with movement, but overall pleased with them!

Ordered the jacket and arrived within the timeframe. Great fit and the quality seems to be very good. Not had chance to test it properly but so far so good.
