Happy with the product but not sure why it takes so long to send? Do you only make the product when an order is received?
Bought these a couple of years ago. We've been fantastic walking in Scotland in the coldest of weathers. Just had to get another pair
The customer service was slow. Only when I truly lost my patience did they show signs of caring. Shipping was very very slow, I mean sloooowwww.The pants. They are comfy, not the best but comfy. I wish they had put more thoughts into the over all design and more pockets. They feel like sweat pants and I don't k own why people say they cover the wind well because I clearly feel wing blowing through the pants. So I am not happy at all.
I bought the woman's Adventure Fleeve-Lined Pants for Winter hiking. I have worn them in freezing temperatures and they keep me dry and cozy. These pants are extremely well-made and look great!

Poor communication on delivery and shipping of product.
These are real value for money. Although based in the UK, where the weather is generally milder (tho' the last ten days has seen arctic winds, snow and ice!), these trousers cope very well with all the rain we get and our changeable weather. These "Adventure" pants are also lined and keep you warm as well as dry. I strongly recommend anyone to this product and admit to having two pairs!

The only problem is the delay, I received them 22 days after the expected delivery date
Ordered for the first time & arrived within a good time….a Xmas gift so no comment on the product yet
