I have had great difficulty using your site for return instructions - links not "clickable", items listed as "expired"…after several tries, two days ago I got a Support Agent (Damara) who was very helpful and said I would be sent an email with instructions. Have not yet received.
Out of 8 items ordered, two have still not been received, two I will keep and the rest I am trying to return. I was extremely disappointed in the photo misrepresentation of items - the actual fabrics are not as described but more like nylon nightgown attire, and very cheap looking. I'm really not all that happy with the two items I'm keeping, but at least they fit.
I'm "bamboozled" by the alleged discounts…. Seems like the "bottom line" total was way higher than it should be, if shipping was "free". When I went from one "total" page to the PayPal summary it was at least $20 different! I just hope your quality of items is better than some experienced in past, and that your exchange/refund policy is not "too bad for you sucker!", again, experienced in the past.
Cute shoes but the sizes were way off.$114 for shoes that don't fit. Shipping is horrible for returns.

I ordered from NoraCora, approximately $41 worth of products... they charged me $31 in shipping. I cancelled with in 3 minutes and the site stated my items have been shipped. LIES! I tried to call and email them and they stated they could not help me, because the items have shipped. I told them that this conversation is less than 10 minutes, since I've hit order. They refused to help with the cancellation of my order. I explained that it's impossible to have shipped within 10 minutes. Again, they still refused to help me. I had to wait for the products, then contact them with instructions. I waited 3 weeks and contacted them the same day I received my package... Again, they were unable to assist with any refund because it is a FINAL item. Please be aware of your shipping cost on all sale items. My items was cheaply made and doesn't fit... I'm horribly disappointed with this company and will never order from them again.

1 star is a joke, they need to be closed down. Everything was junk, nothing like the clothes they advertised. I don't recognize anything they sent. Do not waste your money, because they won't send a return label and if they did it would cost more then the items to send back to China. HUGE BIG BIG MISTAKE. I'm going to try and stop payment on this false advertising junky rags. This stuff feels like a cheap nightgown the white shirt is paper thin and see through that pink and blotchy cream colored frock is a joke and the first 2 pics I have no words to describe other then JUNK

New customer. Expected to get the 18% discount as noted when I signed in. Also wish that all the various styles of each garment were indicated per item, rather than each item listed individually. How you have the items listed you need to go through several pages to see the different colors/prints when you like a specific style.
Ordered smalls & all were more like a medium. Several were final sales so could not return. The shipping costs were exorbitant & did not show until I placed my order. I did receive a $10 credit after I complained. I do wish I had only ordered 1 - 2 items as then I would realize the sizes are not correct. That is on me.

I ordered a white dress with flowers along the bust and bottom of the dress and a denim dress with white flowers and I received two completely different dresses! I am very, very unhappy! I want either the dresses that I originally ordered or a full refund of $58!

Answer: My thanks to all commenters here. You just saved me from an expensive mistake!
Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
