I've waited several weeks to get my order and I am totally disappointed. No buckle on the sandal- which makes it hard to put on. They also look ridiculously cheap! Dress doesn't look anything like it does on the site.
I ordered over $200 worth of clothes, all tops. Out of 14 tops only 3 fit. All were ordered as a small, which is my size. They fit mostly big and not the shape, material as shown. Very disappointed. I went to return $187 worth of clothes and they had me fill out the form and then said they would email me within 48 hours with instructions. The email states that the return center is in China and that return times are lengthy. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping/customs cost and it is quite a substantial cost. In compromise they want to just give you a 15% refund. Great! Now I have a bunch of weird fitting tops and am out $162. Worst place ever!

Easy processing and sizes are so readily available. I just ordered too many items before confirming how sizes ran. I got so excited about the items available, I didn't wait to see if they ran true to size. Somethings fit and some were to small depending on item and color. I gave two dresses away because they just didn't fit.
Do not purchase any items they are (Cheap). This company is fraudulent about shipping and is using a fake New York address RTS P. O. Box 39 Jamaica, NY ******* on the packaging to cover up their true location in China where they're doing business and make you return any purchase. I had to pay $96.30 for a return to China. They don't expose that address on the website, but will tell you about their policy stating that the customer are responsible for returns, which they don't state their returns are to China, nor is that address available on the website. They do not refund shipping cost DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA!
One of them appears to have lace in the photo but has lacpe printed on it. I will read description better for any future orders.

My online shopping experience was no problem until I received the merchandise. It's all made in China to which I had to return most of it. I should have known better with prices too hard to believe. The sizes were all off in the bust and quality was below, way below, standard!
In store items were all high quality because they're NOT made in China!

I can find so many beautiful things to choose from. Some items look very fashionable and unattainable at usual shopping sites. This site is very easy to use.
The shipping fees are high but I am willing to pay them when I find something I have never seen at other sites and would love to wear. Amazon's free shipping is appealing if I can find the same item I see on Noracora.
One thing I am unhappy about is the only item I ordered so far arrived but it wasn't very well made and didn't fit well. I wanted to return it but there was no information on it that told me what site I purchased it from. I only located the product because NoraCora sent me a message today to see if I received it. When I searched the NoraCora site, I found I had ordered it from them. I will return it when I have time to get more information on the process.
Love the fashions and jewelry. Love the prices. Would love it even more if I could pay for expedited shipping so I could receive these items before Thanksgiving. I'm going to see family the day before.

Last spring I bought several items for a spring trip to South Carolina. I paid extra for expedited shipping. None of the items came in the time frame promised. Things were sent piece mail. There is no consistency in the sizing, the fabrics are cheap, and nothing is as pictured (e.g. Jeans were not jean fabric, instead were some plastic feeling material, prints were not in fabric, they were iron on) I should have known the prices were too good to be true. I sent back most of the clothing. It cost me $75 to ship them to China. The box got delayed in customs for months. A month ago (one year later) a beat up box arrived on my doorstep. The clothes were back! I bagged them up to donate to a church thrift store. NoraCora did refund some money, but I am still out of over $100 because of the shipping charges. Moral of the story- buy from American companies. And when something seems too good to be true, it's because it is. I don't have the order # anymore because it was a year ago when I purchased the clothing.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
