One dress was bigger than the other & will need to be altered. I was disappointed with the fabric (silky when I thought it would be more like a jersey). Most dresses in the tent dress style are made of jersey & I failed to carefully read the description. Since the fabric is silky, there is no give in the fabric, like jersey's stretchy quality.
The first time ordering and will definitely buy again!

I purchased merchandise in good faith. The quality was poor and the fit was a misfit as if they made it wrong. Imagine my surprise to find out that the returns have to go to China and that I have to pay for it. The cost to ship to China from the United States is almost as much as the merchandise. No where on Noracora's Return Policy website does Noracora disclose that returns are to be made to China. Noracora purposely and willfully omits this information. I purchased in good faith and Noracora purposely misrepresents their Return Polcy.

The products were "cheap" in fabric and appearance, and when I requested an address to which I could send them back, I received NO ANSWER. So I gave them away. But I will never order from this website again. Very disappointing in every way.

I have been trying for two weeks to return one of the items I bought and have gotten nowhere. One pair of the pants is too big and I need to return them. I keep following the steps the receipt says to do and I don't get any response.

I loved the style, cut, and colors of the various dresses; however, you need to put up more than the front photo of a dress. I would like to see the back and side views of the dress/clothing. Despite my being very pleased with the choices, I must say I will no longer be purchasing your products. I am a true US small/X-small, and the dresses were too long and too large for me. I had to pay a seamstress to fit them, or spend a fortune shipping them back to China. Your size small is not a US small, but a medium. When you do offer small and petite sizes, I would be very happy to consider purchasing more of your clothing products. Bottom Line: love the products but the size is too big.
It took a while for the clothing to arrive, but the worse part was the inconsistency of the fit of the clothes. I ordered a medium size dress that was a little snug and another medium size dress was way too big. I would be more likely to order more clothes if I could count on the fit of the items once they arrived.
It was difficult to checkout. Not sure why. Shipping is a bit high. Almost didn't order because of shipping.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
