Received my pants and tops in an appropriate time. Everything was as pictured on the website. The tops were adorable! Very pleased with my purchase.

Be prepared for a lengthy delivery time. From time of order to receiving it took 35 days. My concern was that my credit card was charged the day of order not day of shipping. The company was quick to reply to my email concerning shipping time. I am happy with the product and will order from them again. The dress is of good quality material, print is bold and overall fits well. Being short most things have to be hemmed.
I reordered this product in a larger show size. But this is now my FOURTH attempt to get your assistance for the return and refund of my first order. I have once gotten as far as your online Chat agent promising to send me your email approval, which has NEVER been received.

Shipping costs were very high. Took about 4 weeks to get my order. Sizing is very small. Ordered 2 tops at a size larger than I usually wear. Both tops are much much too small. I ordered 1x or X-Large. Tops would fit a larger small or smaller medium. Other than that they are very nice and good quality. I will try to sell them privately. Another top I ordered showed it as being short sleeved. It came with long sleeves. It does fit and I will just shorten the sleeves.

I love the sandals at Nora Cora, somewhat! The blue sandals are great but the white flat sandals will take a while to get used to wear. I have a hard time wearing flat sandals for very long.

I was shocked to find out the two blouses I purchased from Noracora could not be returned or exchanged because they were too big. Then I found out on Facebook about all the complaints others had voiced. What a ripoff to show products but not disclose your "no return" policy.
I was shocked at what came from NoraCora. Looks like prints on cheap polyester fabric. Reminded me of Halloween costumes. One dress never did make it to me but was charged for it. Also, have to send to China to get refunded?!?

I have placed several orders with your company and was under the impression you were a USA company based in the Carolina's from your website. Only to find out when I wanted to return two of the many items it had to be shipped back to China. Not really USA. Probably will not use your company again even though I liked many of my products.
I purchased a lovely dress, Love it, even when it took several weeks.
So I decided to place another order. I received the first two tops, but still haven't received the remaining two tops. It has been close to a month.
Some of the fabrics are very nice and others are this shiny, suffocating cheap fabric. The biggest issue is that if you want to return something, they don't tell you it has to be returned to China - very cost prohibitive.The shipments come from a US address, but you can't return to it. I'm done buying from this site.
The return policy is horrible and reported you PayPal. Will definitely not use you again. Your Better Business Rating is F.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
