It was easy and the clothes are so cute! I get so many compliments when I wear them.
Bought 2 dresses and 1 shirt. Took forever to receive the dresses and the shirt has yet to arrive. Bought the items July 29th. Wanted to return one of the dresses but shipping was a lot to return. I thought I was ordering from an American company. But I wasn't and I won't ever again. The gal offered me 15% refund. Haha. My 3 items came to 87. That 15% on the 1 dress would give me somewhere around $5.00. Great deal… not! All said, the clothes are adorable but if they don't fit you are stuck! And my shirt is yet to arrive.
Have to return my purchases & it is frustrating. Instead of being simple, one has to hunt high & low on the site…they claim they will contact you w/in 48 hours (way too long!) & it's been over a WEEK & I still have no contact! Awful service! I will never purchase clothes here again. Plus it took forever for delivery! Rock bottom!

The clothes that fit are lovely. Unfortunately I have several items to return and the company has not responded in over a month. If you can't return, don't buy!
The shipping prices are absurd and the cupons dont work or are too low! Hope the quality is better. Very deceiving company, dont advise costumer that their products are made out of the USA and are bad quality. The costumer service is deficient and not helpful. Avoid this company.

Shipping cost of your order depends on the shipping distance and weight of the packages. We now provide free shipping when the order reaching $109 after discounts (excluding final sale items). And we will try to improve our shipping issue.

Though the initial mis-order was my fault, the goods shipped did not reflect those advertised, the return policy, shipping back to China, would have been more than the cost of goods. I will thank Noracora for the quick refund of 17% of purchase price. That number might be a bit wrong, but it was about 17%.
The dye from the collar and stripes bleed onto the shirts main white part. Noracora offered 15% off so i don't need to ship it back to China. They will not give you the address to see what the cost is so there is no way for you to tell if 15% is better then sending back, I totally get 15% $2.50, would be fine if it was a fit issue or I did not like! That is on me. However this is a defect and is not wearable. The return includes photos so they know the issue. It is poor quality. Minimum they could of done was--- A) ship a new one, B)offer the cost of the shirt off another items. C) better % back. I purchased several other items, almost $200 worth they were cute and not many issues, most likely only a one season attire, as expected for price. Hoping they make it through a washing... I would have purchased again except for their response, was "colors of products will differ on different displays, for different products. Sad but not worth not knowing how many dollars to ship back.

I ordered about 7 items. 3 did not fit, so I wanted to return them. When I went to return them, I was told I could but it would be a big charge to ship back to China. Had I known, I would have never ordered from NoraCora. Very frustrating.
If you have a return, you must pay for shipping to China or accept a small percentage of purchase price as a return gesture.
I've been very pleased with every dress I ordered. Hope for winter season there will be simular selections in fall winter fabrics

The sizing of the merchandise is not consistent with large not necessarily large. The dress, in particular,
is poorly constructed.

I'll give you my opinion after I receive my merchandise
When I inquired about returning 2 items, I received an email back stating that all returns need to be sent to their return center in Guangzhou, China. "The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges, including possible custom fees). Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s)." Don't believe the '30 DAYS EASY RETURNS' in bold print in the middle of their website. They really deserve lower than 1 star... never, never again!

From my initial online order to delivery, the process was fast and easy. And at these prices, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I really like the top and pants I ordered. I've gotten a number of compliments on both. Highly recommend.
I have had nothing but bad experiences & headaches with your clothes that I buy from Nora Cora. They look great on your website. When I rec'd the clothes the materials are misleading. The sizes are not consistent. The quality is crap. You think that I'd learn. Thus last order was bought in error. I would go through PayPal but I this order wasn't purchased through them, or I'd be getting another credit. If you had good customer service you'd let me return this order. To a Canadian distribution center. You are not easy to deal with. The sizes are not the true sizes that I wear. Size 14 or a Large. Your materials are not what I expected. I won't be buying from you again!. I don't expect feed back because half the time you don't give me the courtesy of an honorable resolution or sn answer.
I had no idea that this company was out of China. I am a size 8, and usually wear mediums. Well, these clothes are huge. I imagine a small would swallow me. The problem is that to send a return is out of the question because of the cost to send it back to China. Find a company in the US!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
