I liked what I had seen online, however, the order of 3 blouses was a disappointment.
I found the 3 blouses were too small. I went by the dimensions as stated however, they were off.
I also thought the fabric would have been different--more cotton, and not so tight weave. It didn't breath.
I will not buy anything from Noracora again. They make you pay for the return, it takes forever. The clothes are cheap looking. Customer service is pitiful.
Sizes run small. Got to next size. I wear 14/16, XL. The XL is to small. Make sure to adjust for materials.
Terrible, cheap clothing. They all look like paper sacks on and description is nothing like advertising. It took forever to get and for what? More trash I'll be donating. The pink dress looks like a huge ugly nightgown not the beautiful dress you show, no sash, belt or anything just a big sack. I'd like my money put back on my Visa as I've dealt with companies like yours before! NEVER AGAIN! At least Amazon say donate the item and we'll refund your account, sure your company won't & my friends will know also not to buy from such a cheap company.

Really like my items ordered: a dress, sandal shoes and top. Seem to have quality, just a little different textures then expected … dress is T shirt material but looked more "Flowing". Top is also T shirt material but seemed to be a lighter looking fabric which fits fine anyway. Shoes are very weightless( a bit on "flimsy" side) but probably would not have bought them if I'd been in an actual store trying them on for amount I paid.
Store site has a great variety of items and large selection of things to choose from there.
Ordering was easy and intuitive. It took longer than I consider acceptable to get shipped and then a long time to arrive. The quality of my dresses is OK, the fit runs large. I wanted to return a dress but shipping would have been too expensive. NoraCora gave a 15% refund since returning wasn't truly an option. Overall, just an OK experience.
Experience was good. Everything arrived in a timely manner. However I did not receive the free gift that was supposed to come with my order.

I believe the company is a scam. When I notified them the clothing was unacceptable and I would be returning they demanded it be returned to China which would be very expensive. Instead they wanted me to keep the junk and give me 15% back.
It was shipped from NJ and bought in America. I told them they can't require I pay more than it's worth to ship it to China. They then offered me 40% back and just keep it. I don't want it and I'm sending it back to the address from whence it came.
They can't scam Americans into buying poor quality goods by doing business here and making the purchaser return it to another country.
There are corporate and consumer laws covering transactions and sales in the US. This is a scam. Horrible company. I will make a complaint to my bank and the authorities.

I read the sizing chart carefully, and was between a S and M, with wider shoulders. I ordered M based on that. The dress I rec'd swamps me entirely, is 2-3 sizes too large! I wouldn't mind very much if the return policy was more reasonable. Pay a bunch to return to China? Or get a 15% coupon for a future purchase. Why would I have confidence ordering again when this order was so horribly sized?
Unable to initiate a return. Unable to secure an overseas address. No customer service agent to help. A real crap shoot. Clothing was irregular in size and cheaply made.

You can't return anything without paying huge shipping costs to China. They offer a ridiculous 15% discount to NOT return. (which I have yet to see). You can't even unsubscribe! I bought 5 items, I used the crazy sizing charts for all. Some were huge and some were so tight they wouldn't fit someone 50 lbs lighter than me. No rhyme nor reason to the sizing. Yes, the clothes are really cute but the fabrics are not at all what I expected. Big mistake in ordering but good that they were cheap enough to take the loss. Most items will be sold in my garage sale coming up.

Good online. However when you get the piece after waiting a couple of weeks and find out it is not something you want, you're required to pay the postage to ship it back to China. We ended up donating it to charity.

The tops were a smidge too small and the dresses were floor length, not below the knee. I'm on the shorter side but average at 5'4". Arrived in a fair amount of time considering they're out of the country.
The wife loved our online shopping experience & when her dresses arrived, they ALL were perfect in look & fit. She never shops online so this says a lot about the quality of garments & the size charts.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
