If you order from them and have a problem, you have to pay to ship the order back to China, which could cost you more than the item you purchased! Instead, they will offer you 15% back, which in my case was a whole $2.00. What a rip off! Also, you can't get off their email list. Believe me, I tried!
Sizing is bizarre! A small two piece dress where the top fits medium and the skirt X/small. I am 5'6" and 110lbs.
A small dress was huge and tops were all over the sizing scale. Gave everything away and will not order again.
There are many styles unique patterns/ designs to choose from. The 'ONLY' thing I would ask, is to include size Xtra Small. (2-4). Size six is overall too large. I put another top under my beautiful field of flowers top, to help with the larger fitting. That's why the four stars. Selections, I would give FIVE stars.
Very disappointing and deceiving, it is cheaper to keep and donate what I bought than return. Customer service and satisfaction is important to run a business, I know your deception will catch up with you and close you down, I ordered because you claim you are USA, you are the second deceptive web from China I dealt with, I learned my lesson, no more, this will go on your website reviews so no one falls for your deception again.

I went to send three dresses back as they were not a good fit. It was going to cost me $45.00, to return them. I opted to keep them and get a percentage returned by credit. I only got $8.50 credit returned. Not much back on a $200.00 purchase.
I won't be purchasing again from this site.

I wanted to return 2 of my items and was told our had to pay shipping to China for a refund.
Instead they give a 15% refund if you don't want to pay the shipping.
Of the three items ordered, I have only received two. When can I expect the third. If unavailable when can I expect my refund

I placed my order on August 3, and am still waiting on September 12th for one package to arrive. Everything was shipped separately direct from China. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the clothes and all the sizing was different than noted in the description. Overall a very poor experience. I will be returning everything I purchased.
Everything I purchased, over $250.00 worth, though I ordered smalls, were all way to big for me. I went to contact you about returning all for extra small and I would have had to pay. 10¢ A minute to call you, which I can't afford. Finding out you were in Argentina and post office wanted close to $200.00 to return, besides finding out that way, is just an awful way for you to do business! How could you leave people hanging like that? I then read reviews, which I should have done beforehand and was mortified that I fell hook, line and sinker believing you to be like other companies I order from. I would never purchase from you again and I AM definitely telling everyone I know or come into contact with about your company and how you do business. Also, as others have, reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

Clothes are cheaply made and the return process is just unbelievable you have to mail the clothes to China and the shipping is paid by the consumer so no I did not mail back the items will just throw them away. Will never order from Noracor ever again.
Drawn in by the price and photo appearance of the products. The good news stops there. Placed my order for two items and for the next roughly 2 months the level of communication was extremely poor. To the point that I really felt we may never see the ordered items.
Ordered seven tops,, 3 fit all the same size,, 4 did not and I was not aware I would be responsible for the expense of sending them back to CHINA. MY TOPS CAME TO ALMOST $200 AND THEY OFFERED ME A WHOPPING $11.00 AND TO KEEP THE PRODUCTS THAT DON'T FIT. Are they going to grow, what use to me? Finished with this company.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
