SCAM, FRAUD, STAY AWAY

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR XMAS PRESENTS FOR MY KIDS OVER A MONTH AGO, I SPENT OVER 350$, I HAVE RECEIVED 10 EMAILS THAT ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED, YET WHEN I CLICK TRACKING INFO, THERE IS NO INFORMATION, AND MY KIDS HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE SINGLE ITEM, THIS SCAM SITE NOW HAS MY CREDIT INFORMATION, I HAD TO FILE A BANK COMPLAINT AND CANCEL ALL MY CREDIT CARDS AND RED FLAG MY BANK, I EMAILED COMPANY ABOUT MY ITEMS AND GOT A AUTO RESPONSE THAT GAVE ME NO INFORMATION, ALSO THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL, NONE, THATS A HUUUUGE RED FLAG. HOW AWFUL. MY KIDS ARE SO UPSET. I AM A LOW INCOME SINGLE MOTHER, AND THIS SCAM COMPANY RUINED OUR XMAS AND STOLE WHAT LITTLE MONEY WE DID HAVE, AND MY KIDS DIDN'T GET ANY XMAS GIFTS. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAAAAAAY. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Unfortunately, this is exactly what it looks like TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I ordered 9 items. 3 showed up - 2 pieces of jewelry and a jacket. The jacket was more like a table cloth cut into the shape of a jacket. One piece of jewelry was an anklet and the clasp broke while trying it on. The other items never arrived even after 30+ days since my card was charged. I was forced to re-shop for the holidays and birthday involved. The return policies are a joke so you'll have to rely on your credit card refund policy instead.

Not what you think

Took over 30 days for order to come. Some things 45 days. Boots look nothing like picture. Top is horrible made. Would have returned if I could. It would cost more than order... save your hard earned cash folks. The ten day delivery is a lie.

Bought three items. The quality is despicable! Fabric terrible and prints smeared and cheap! When I tried to return the products I was told it would be very costly for me to return and offered 15%. I will just put this down to a lesson that I should have reviewed the reviews outside of the actual official site before getting pulled into this scam. The pictures are lovely it the actual product so ugly it's hard to describe. Never again!

Their clothes suck. From the quality to the ridiculous sizing they go by, and spending just as much to send back an order as it costed in the first place, it's just all bad. I would minus 10 stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

The clothes they offer here have exactly the functionality and design that I expected. We can select items, choose sizes and allow users to place orders. Even better? Your customer service is amazing. The tools on the site are easy to administer, but the times I have needed some additional help, the staff has been notable.

Bait and Switch Scam

Nora Cora aka fanshionweb international which goes by several other names uses pictures from US companies catalogs think Boston Proper, Sundance etc. to lure you into buying from them. The products that arrive are nothing like the pictures. Low quality, Ill fitting, broken, etc. don't get duped like me.

Misrepresentation

The pictures look fabulous however of the five items I received not one looked like the picture. The last item I received a month after the first four and whilst it was the same colour as the item I ordered, the material was different and the style was the funniest and most unwearable thing I have seen. Instantly destined for the rag bag... don't shop here... this site should not be allowed to advertise

Buyer beware

Not at all what was pictured. Cheap knock offs.
Sizes are not what we are use to in the US.

Took a month to get here. No 10 to 15 day shipping like the website and my order say.

Very unhappy, will never buy from here again. I'd ask for a refund, but after reading more reviews and contacting them to get tracking updates. It will mos likely be more lip service.

While I thought the NoraCora catalog was exceptional, I was extremely disappointed in what arrived after ordering 5 items. A purse turned out to be a pouch@ $35. I then ordered 4 clothing items on November 6,2019 and to date (2020) I have only received 2 items of which were of very poor quality, nothing as indicated in the catalog. I am still waiting on the last two items of which will probably never arrive.
Clothing items come from China probably the cause of the delays and difficulty with returns.
