I was so excited to find things that I thought my daughter in-law would love. But what I got that took 22 days for 1 order and just got part of the other order after Christmas was total garbage I have bought nicer Halloween costumes. I had to race out to get her something else as I would have been to embarrassed to give them to her for Christmas.
This is a scam website. I spent over $200 ordering clothing from them. Immediately after you order, you will be sent an email stating that there are items on your order that are no longer available. They will ask you if you want a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund. You will try and log bck into your account with them and they will tell you that no such account exists or direct you to an unsecured website that will ask for personal/financial info about your order.
I received one item from my order. It was not what I ordered. I filed a complaint with Paypal and the BBB about this company, nw masquerading under other company names. I have seen them use images from other reputable companies as their own
Please learn from others and stay away from this company!
Saw the ad on Facebook, was going on a surprise Vacation with my husband. Order over 200 dollars of merchandise. Never got my order, yet when I contacted customers service., was given the round around and hung up on twice. I posted negative reviews on their website under the different clothing. It said pending and that was on Halloween. I still can't find my negative reviews on their website.
I'm still waiting after 4 months to get 2 of the items I ordered. I've sent 5 emails to Christine Wu in customer service. The product are crap. They offer a 10-20% refund. Junk products and lousy service.
I went all out to buy some clothes for my wife and purchased a couple of hundreds dollars worth, big mistake! They looked very nice in the photos online, though the the quality was extremely poor. We were away and at the time and time ran out to get a refund, they wouldn't do it. Please don't waste your money with this company. Very very disappointed. Damien in Australia
I recently tried this boutique. I was a little nervous because I hadn't heard of them, but I saw an offer on the website and thought about trying them. I am happy to have done it. I ordered a bag for my mom. My mother was delighted to receive him and took him on a trip with her.
My order took a little while in the delivery service, I gave an incorrect address. In this store they kept in touch with me every day and told me they would send me another dress even if it wasn't their fault. I never expected to be replaced, the shipment was delivered, I'm glad I went to the post office two days later, they delivered my order without inconvenience. I never had a customer service like this with anyone else, for this and much more I buy it online at this boutique.

This online boutique has very good clothes, the shirts I bought fit me very well, the fabric is of good quality and fits my body well.
I was skeptical that with the little information they asked for dimensions, my clothes would really fit. But, for once in my life, I have some collared shirts that fit me well. The neck was a little big, I will adjust for the next time I order with them.
Great selection of dresses, great service with all very receptive. I have bought a few times for events, but I am seriously considering being a regular customer.
I'm just repeating what others are saying:
1) products received in no way resemble the photographs
2) customer service is impossible to reach except via email; non-English-speaking respondents make it impossible to communicate
3) I gave up trying to return the items and donated them to a local shelter instead--with apologies to the ladies at the shelter.
I suspected it was a sham before I ordered--all the warning signs were there--but thought I'd take a chance just in case. I didn't lose a lot of money, but I still feel stupid for falling for the scam.
I ordered a heavy winter coat that wasn't a winter coat at all. Was more like a shirt and they tried to make it look like the picture but it didn't come close. I also ordered leggings that I never got but after my experience with the so-called coat, the leggings was probably as bad as the so called see through coat. I had a dispute with PayPal about all of this and neither one gave me my money back. I canceled PayPal because they were supposed to have my back and didn't. I even spent almost $30 to have it sent back to China, PayPal asked me to. I'm very disappointed in PayPal because they didn't do what they said they would. This company is fake and they use the US consumers to make them rich. Do not trust any of their products and they pay for positive reviews. You can count on the bad reviews to be the true ones and the positive reviews to be the fake ones. I'm just trying to have you guys not end up like me, so you can take your chance and buy their horrible quality of clothing or you can shop at a store that you can trust. As far as my lesson goes, I will never buy anything from a online China clothing store again. I got what I paid for. And with all of this stuff going around, you guys need to stop shopping right now and wait for things to pass. When it does, do not buy from this company. I am out of over $100 and it's my fault but I'll never let it happen again. Good luck and God Bless.
Products are NOT what they look like in advertisements and they make it too difficult to return items. It's so difficult that I am out a couple hundred dollars due to this company not answering any emails and there is not a phone number to call to talk to someone to help
H. O. R. R. I. B. L. E. company. What you see on the website and order is NOT what is shipped to you. The quality, colors and fit is completely different from what they advertise. I ordered 5 tops and not one of them was the same as the site; one of the sweaters literally unraveled when I took it out of the package. When trying to return them, you can't get a phone number - and their return policy is to reach out to customer service via email. I emailed them several times; when they finally responded, it was (conveniently) after the time in which I could return them, so they wouldn't honor their policy. I spent over $250 and every item has now been donated to the homeless. DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA.
First of all one star is too gracious. I ordered a dress for my wedding in September. It is now January 1st and no dress. I asked about the status of my order in October (I bought another dress for my wedding) and someone wrote back to me that it hadn't been shipped yet. I told them to just refund my money since it hadn't been shipped. Over two months later now and no refund, no response, no dress. There are plenty of clothing companies that offer good customer service and products that are actually what you see in the photos. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from this scam of a company. Tell your friends, post it on facebook, do what you can do to protect others from places like this. Luckily I wasn't ripped off of much money for this purchase, but it's the principle of the matter. We deserve the product that we order when we spend our hard earned money. Thieves like this deserve to be in jail. Read all of the reviews. This is not just a few mistakes or a little bad customer service. This is criminal behavior.
I just received two of the four items I ordered from Nora Cora over three weeks ago. Luckily for me, one of the items, a turtleneck, was in fairly decent condition, and worth wearing. The second item, a Sherpa coat, looks nothing like the picture on the website. Of course, I began to search reviews online, after writing a complaint and asking for a refund from the company. Now that I've seen all the reviews on this site, I realize I'm probably just going to have to suck it up and accept the fact that I was scammed, and probably keep the clothes, or use them for dress - up! The photos below show what I received and the two "better" photos show what the website advertised. Live and learn (sigh)!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
