Almost 2/weeks the 1st item arrived. It did not fit and so I tried to begin the return/refund process. It is now Jan7,2020 and two item have still not arrived. I have requested a refund which they say they will not give until I receive the items then start return process, I have never had such terrible customer service, additionally the items I did receive were of inferior quality. I would never buy from this company again or recommend purchasing from Noracora to anyone else.
I purchased a dress from this company at the beginning of October 2019 which is now over 3 months ago and I still have not received it. After numerous emails I have not received the item or my money back. I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Ordered 4 items for Christmas on Dec. 4. Was told l0-14 days for delivery. Finally got the last 2 items this afternoon (JANUARY 7,2020). OVER A MONTH. Christmas ruined. Clothes looked NOTHING like the pictures. One sweater looked awful and smelled like KEROSENE. Another sweater was supposed to be ICE BLUE; instead it was a dark TEAL. Shoddy Quality & horrible service. Contacted them OVER & OVER and never got any help. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BE FOOLED

I ordered two items. Neither one was as described on the website. One of the items took over three months to ship out. The quality of both was shoddy: cheap fabrics, poor workmanship, odd sizing. They make the return process as difficult as possible.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ENTIRE ORDER! When emailing Noracora to ask them 'where my items were': They answered that they sent me a Tracking Number & assured me ALL of the order was shipped. Problem being: The so-called Tracking Company is in Chinese.

I got an International call saying 'THIS IS YOUR VISA COMPANY' and my Visa card needs
'updated' with my SS#'! I hung up, as I couldn't not understand this ladies English (she was Asian)!
My Visa card has been 'compromised TWICE' since I placed my order with Noracora on November 2nd!
Before I ordered, I tried to make sure they were USA based... said it was in New Jersey. FALSE - it's in China!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
