This is a fraudulent Chinese company, one that also appears to be engaged in money laundering. Walk away. Do not fall for any aspect of Noracora. All of the items sold are paper thin threadbare cheap fabric with crooked designs and unraveling, unhemmed seams so worthless you'd not even see this stuff sold at $1 store. The owners are testing to see how much America money they can get without legal repercussion, as international law is hazy on activities such as this for what is basically nominal amount in the global marketplace. None of the items are not as pictured or described, shipping from Guangzhou, China takes more than a month. Any attempts to return items must go back to China - only after Noracora approves it and you again pay for shipping, customs charges, etc... The goal is to wear you down to accept their theft and fraud. It all is obscenely complex and at its discretion. You will likely never get your money back and are left looking like an idiot for handing them any of your money.
Really? This company is horrid. Can't review items because I have not received them. Tracking information is saying it never left China and when I inquire about my shipped items I receive the same form letter asking me to be patient. I would give it zero stars if I could.
This item took5 weeks to get and was nothing like the picture. I paid $32.00 and after much back and forth thru PayPal finally got a $14.00 refund. Most people give up but I could not let the misrepresentation go.

The clothes shown on their website look like high end boutique style clothing but that is not what they send you. They send you cheap knock off versions made of inferior quality materials. I bought two pairs of ankle boots and two sweaters. The items were so inferior that I brought them to a resale shop but I don't even think they'll sell there.
If you've already fallen for this fraudulent company, please file a claim with your credit card company. I filed with PayPal and won but it takes a lot of patience and follow up. PayPal even closed my case in favor of the seller but I appealed the case and then won in the end. I was persistent because, not only was I mad that I wasted my money but I was angry and determined that NoraCora should not get away with ripping off consumers. So please if you've been a victim of this company, file a claim with your credit card company to help take this company down
The 'XL' shirt wasn't even for an XL child, never mind an adult. Another shirt was not quite as small. The pocketbook was ok, but cheaper materials. The clearance items that were dirt cheap were worth it. That said, it took FOREVER to ship from China and everything came separately. I didn't even bother returning the one item I would have, because by the time you read the process, you know you're not getting your money back.
Incredible trends in this boutique. What they offer is the best. I have bought several clothes and it is always good to have fashion references and more than to have quality in one place.
I ordered a sweater on Dec. 8. The photo of the sweater advertised was a brightly knitted sweater. What arrived on Jan. 7 was a shirt-like garment with a printed pattern of sweaterish designs and dull colors actually quite hideous with rick-rack. A cheap nasty piece of work. When trying to return it they offered a 15% rebate so I could have it altered. Are you kidding! They want me to pay all the expenses to return it to China, shipping, customs etc. Not for this piece of crap will I pay one more cent.
I ordered 5 items on December 2,2019. One item arrived on January 5,2020. Cheap fabric. I wanted to return all items and they require 15 day return with all original packaging and need to confirm from the company. So, I thought I would have to return one item at a time IF the other 4 items ever arrive. The package I did receive has a foreign tracking # and it came from China but has a San Francisco address on it. I finally got a notice from the company and they said I have to return the item to China! On my own dime and there will be a processing fee. I am writing to the better business bureau and contacting my credit card company.

Wish I had the items I ordered two months ago so I can see how bad of quality my items we're but they have not even shown up. I am wondering how this company can be banned from advertising in our country! Any ideas? Nobody should go through this and I believe their false advertising should be stopped. Any suggestions?
Do not order from this company. They are located in China. I ordered shawls for Christmas gifts on Dec 3rd and the order has not arrived and it is Jan 8th. Before they sent me the tracking for shipment, I cancelled the order and asked for my $$ back, the next day they said they can't refund because my order was now shipped! The tracking info never changes so my order is still in China! Never again!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
