Stupidly Spent over $200 before I realized this site is a Chinese scam site. Never got my items, never got a refund. Every time I contacted them to complain, my email/other applications would mysteriously get hacked.
If there was a zero star, I'd give them ZERO! NONE of the items I ordered are what they've advertised! They are COMPLETELY different in quality! The pictures they've posted are nothing like what they send. In fact, one of their items even had a damaged button! Their boots are plastic even though they're leather in photos! Their wool/cashmere sweaters in photos are felt in actuality! I bought 2 sweaters and one of them wasn't even a sweater, it was a coat that they sent me! One jacket had loads of embroidery in the photo, when received it was a plastic-made garbage that was merely printed on rather than embroidered! Absolute fraudulent company! STAY AWAY and save your money! And of course, I can't return anything because their customer service is crap and I'd have to pay myself to ship everything back! GARBAGE! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

The only thing good about this place is they have lovely looking items. They have great appearing prices and sales, but the items are not worth what you are paying for them, even on sale. The "cotton and polyester blend" sweater was so scratchy against my neck that pure wool would have been more comfortable. Also size small was very large and huge on me, not a problem for me generally. Quality was poor on other items purchased as well, and what appeared to be stitching in picture of one shirt in photo of product was actually a very poor quality print when item was actually received--like those fake tuxedo tee shirts only bottom of barrel quality. When trying to return items I found it difficult to contact the return dept. They did respond on the 3rd day, no phone contact available, ad no "on-line chat" option as they imply either--so email is it. The reply was generic and requested information already sent--like email, items being returned and order number as well as delivery date and why it was being returned. I resent the info and received a note the following day stating that it would need to be mailed back to China at my expense and would like be more expensive than the product and could take a very long time to go through the process of refund... would I accept a 15% refund instead? After confirming with my postal service that the least expensive shipping method would indeed cost more that the cost paid for items, I accepted the 15% and passed the items purchased on locally. I am not pleased. Buy from here at your own risk and don't plan to return anything, unless you live in or near China!
