Noracora products are of of poor quality. It can take over a month to receive one item you ordered. Their is no way to track your you order so your product is floating in limbo while they have your money.
I am very satisfied with the product I bought, it is exactly as I expected. I don't give it a better rating because I would like them to give the option of transport home by mail, instead of the mail agency.

The quality of the products is adequate with the money you are paying, I have always tried to look at the opinions and I have not had problems, it is true that the sizes are smaller but for that it is important to inform you before making the purchase. The packages have come well, everything is correct, now I have placed another order, which I must give you your waiting time to arrive at my house.
I placed an order for seven tops on December 2. The money was taken from my account on December 3. I received an email confirming my order and stating delivery would be within 10 days. I received two of the tops, one on December 22, and one on January 3. Neither of the tops look like their picture either in color or shape. I have been in contact via email And was told I would receive my order within 10 to 15 days. But that timeframe has passed. There was a phone number, *******005; but that number rings in definitely and then disconnects. Today I am filing a complaint with the FTC. Obviously, don't order from this company
This is pathetic. I ordered a sweater with pretty stitching on the sleeve and got some polyester "dry fit" like material that has a patterned material sewn to the sleeve. This company is posting pictures of nice designer clothing and then shipping some poorly made crap knockoff. I ordered almost $200 USD of clothing, and every bit is going to good will. It's not like your can return it (a $20-$30 shirt will cost you $60 in shipping to return). Dollar General has better clothing than this. I wish I would have seen these reviews. The reviews on their site HAVE to be fake! Oh... and it took 10 weeks to get the items!

Wish I would have done my homework first before placing my first order with Noracora. I would have saved myself $100 plus a lot of time trying to recoup my money. Placed my order on Oct. 13th, 2019 for 4 items. Today is Jan. 14th, 2020 and I have received only one of the four items, the quality of which is a pitiful. What is pictured and what I really received were not the same. Now I'm trying to get my order cancelled and my money refunded but don't get a response. I was a fool. Please don't follow my or any of these other peoples footsteps. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, guess what, it IS too good to be true.

Goods too small. After 5 requests for return instructions, each time getting a form response asking for details I submitted each time I emailed, I finally received the return address. Postage to China was expensive and I had no faith that I would ever receive my refund. Goods are being donated to charity. I will never deal with this company again.

I ordered a pair of cotton blend black leggings/pants for $26.28 from an NORACORA ad on my FB page to be delivered in 10-15 days. A month goes by.
NEVER RECEIVED PAID ORDER.
When I tried to track order, the link provided lead me to an non-secure, non- interactive tracking fake site. All the while CUSTOMER SERVICE assuring me by email STATING my order is on the way & how my patience was SOOOOO appreciated. To date, NO MERCHANDISE RECEIVED

Nothing like is advertised. DON'T waste your time/money. When I started opening my package, I wondered why I ordered these. Then I went back to the website and realized this is not what I ordered. This should not be allowed, I will be calling PayPal to ask for a full refund and hopefully they will stop dealing with this company.

The site is telling that you have to pay for refund shipping but not mention that shipping it back to China! When I start asking for refund their customer service just stop responding!

I really love your sales service. I needed to change my address because I moved to another area. After calling their sales service, they changed my address immediately and I got my package on time. The package was perfectly packed. They are amazing, I will definitely buy again from here.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
