Purchased for my daughter online nearly a month ago. Purchased extra for free shipping, little did I know that I'd still be waiting on it. Went to customer support online and got the run around. Bottom line, they have my CC number (in China) and I have nothing!
I ordered my normal size of shoe and they are way too tight. I read the return policy in advance, I should have been able to exchange them however they said I would have to pay to send them to China which is more than the cost of the shoe. They then offered me a 15% reef on which I never got. It doesn't matter they are still too small I can never wear them. The return label says San Francisco so I don't know who's lying. Best advice to not buy from Noracora. The customer service is horrible they are the worst.
They refuse to acknowledge my cancellation and request for a full refund even after the first hour of ordering. Awful customer service.
I loved the items, but the size is very low. Usually, I can fit in xsmall / small on most clothes, but I had to buy a big one for my pants and it still doesn't fit.

The boots that I received are not what I ordered. These are cheaply made boots that do not look anything like the product photo! I ordered a size 40 because I normally wear a 39. I can't even get my foot in them! The heel is barely there and the outer AND inner lining is a plastic/vinyl material.
The sweater that I received is thin, cheaply made, transparent and small. It is not bulky, puffy and thick like the photo. The clasps are not anything like what is pictured.

I ordered 2 sweaters and a denim long coat. One was not even a knit sweater. Just cheap print on cheap fabric. It looks like a bathrobe and is way too long. It didn't even have buttons.
The sweater looks like it had already been worn and was made of cheap loose yarn and was stretched out of shape. I was stomping mad. I spent over $180. Any of these sites you see with clothing like this are a rip off. Lulu's Buy... Same crap. No customer service contact... Just spinning in the wind. Do not purchase from this online store. I placed an order on Dec 17 for 3 items. The first two items took over 2 weeks and the third item has never been delivered. When I send inquiries I get a standard email with no specific info about my order. Pp

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
