I loved my purchase here, I have used them all this time my dresses bought in this store and I have received praise every time I use them, incredible styles and patterns to combine with any other garment.
I ordered about 9 items over 2 orders back in early November 2019, the first dress looked like a maternity dress so I returned it, which was an absolute nightmare, however, I did receive a refund eventually. The clothes are cheap and nasty and colours are awful, I actually just threw them straight in the charity clothing bin. I still haven't received about 3 or 4 items and I'm not holding my breath. They took my money straight away though. You try to contact and just get a badly worded generic auto response which doesn't ever help.

Their clothes are very poorly made and are sized wrong. It takes months to get an order and then they don't do returns because you have to pay for the shipping even if the problem is their poor quality. The pictures and the clothes do not look the same! STAY AWAY!@
The cloths are poor quality, take forever to arrive (if ever), the returns are EXTREMELY expensive since they are based in some remote location in China, which they do not tell you until you need to return something, and refunds are impossible to receive. They changed the name from Annie Cloth to continue scamming people. Any reviews that has more than 2 stars must be a fake reviews by this group of scammers themselves. Ordering from them is lost money.
I ordered from this joke company after seeing their ad on FB. I ordered in November. The clothes advertised were cute as well as reasonably priced. The first part of my order I received I did not recognize rhe sweater. What I received was very cheaply made and nothing like anything I saw on their site. After attempting to email customer service, my mail was returned as unknown address. Disputed with my CC company and after they researched, they refunded my money. Never received further shipments from noracora. FB needs to vet the companies they advertise!
Unfortunately, one of the funds of one of my dresses that I requested had some stains, I sent them an email to request a possible exchange in the funds and in twenty minutes I received a message. They were exhausted in my size, but she offered me a refund on the spot, they were very professional. I am very happy to find a company that really cares about its customers and goes beyond them. I will definitely order again.

There is no way to establish any correspondance and/or communication with this company. When you attempt to contact Noracora, you'll receive a standard Noracora, email response which is identical as the ones they sent before. Basically the same information on the orginal invoice. They never respond to actual reason for contacting them in the 1st place. Therefore you will never know if they are actually reading your correspondence. Or if the problem is being addressed by this company.

I'm trying to work with PayPal to resolve the shipping issue. Since I never received the items I ordered I can't provide any reviews on the quality or any other issue. Will update once the issue is complete either GOOD or BAD
The website is presented really nice and easy to use. The two dresses I ordered inis are amazing and true to size.
When I placed my order, I sent a message to a customer service agent, which was very helpful when I was concerned about the size and which dress to choose. She helped me choose the size that fit perfectly. I have already received many compliments from friends. In general, the garment is of great quality.
I purchased over $300 worth of merchandise and the quality was very low. I paid UPS over a $100 to send it back to China and Miss Wu told me they didn't receive it. Never and I mean never buy any of those items that looks so nice on line
I've been waiting to buy here for quite some time, and when the dress I liked was available again, I thought, why not? They have been nothing short of amazing sending me reminders about my package that is on its way, that I am satisfied with my order.
Ordered 4 items of clothing and only 3 arrived. They looked nothing like the pictures, one had no hem, one was badly pulled, sleeves poorly seemed, material is of very poor quality. I have paid through PayPal and emailed them stating I've put in a dispute with them straight away as I've read the bad reviews they offer me not 25% refund but 40% without me sending back anything. I say no I want a reason for why no 100% refund and they again email me giving me 100% refund so they know the case with PayPal is open until money is in my bank.
I had made an order of about 89.60. My order came with only the cheapest products. I called customer service to ask what had happened with my order. They continued to say that they no longer had the items and said all they could do was return my money. They took control of my computer in order to "get the verification code". They kept dimming the screen in order for I to not see what was going on. They tried make other credit cards to order items from other websites. At the end I was battling the person to not order things under my account. This company is a complete fraud.
I rarely order online, but decided THANKFULLY to order only one item from NORACORA. It hasn't arrived. It's been 2 weeks. I sent them an email. No response. Fortunately, my credit is excellent and Visa will credit my account as they fight the company.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
