I ordered a sweater, what i received is not what was advertised. Horrible fabric too. Do not waste your money. Very cheap clothing and no telling what you will receive. Not worth it to return so, just a total loss! Never again!
Ordered 4 sweaters. None came til 5 weeks later. Then it was just one. Looked nothing like photo. Poor quality. Next sweater came a week later. Same problem... then the 3rd another week later. 4th never came. Had to file a complaint thru PayPal. Would have cost $65 to ship back to China. Company finally agreed to reimburse me 65 out of the 100 dollars... but I had to close claim first. I closed claim and haven't heard from them since. Hope they go bankrupt...
I would've given zero stars if that was an option. The product I ordered was depicted as a knit scarf on the website. The actual scarves that were delivered to my house where a fabric that had a "print" to appear net in completely different colors than the website pictures. See photos which shows the difference of website pic vs actual product shipped. When I went to inquire about returning this item (I bought three of them!) I was told that I would need to pay shipment to return the items to China. Note shipping returns to China is not explained on their website on their return policy. In addition, one item was never delivered and when I asked to obtain a refund, they promised to refund in a week But never issued a refund. This is a terrible company to work with and I recommend you do not make a purchase!
My experience with this company is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a number of items according to their sizing charts which were supposed to be linen. When the items arrived not one of them fit and they were the cheapest thin cotton fabric... definitely not linen! After numerous emails only to get generic replies, (they offered me a refund of a tenth of the cost and said I could use that money to get them altered!) I sent them back which cost me again and even though it's been 3 months since I sent them back, they're telling me that they haven't received anything yet! Liars! Their return process is non existent! DO NOT BUY!

I gave this business one star because zero wasn't an option. I am beside myself regarding the company Noracora. I placed an order that they cancelled 10 days later and refuse to to reinstate it and send it to me that's all I want was my order to be sent but they refuse to do that. Justifying the cancelation with lies. They send you the same patrinizing email over and over saying they care about your satisfaction I can insure you they do not. Do not order a thing from this shady company I certainly won't ever again. I'm on a mission to insure everyone learns about the shady business noracora.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
