I ordered five items, only three of which arrived, weeks later. They were unbelievably bad quality, not at all what they look like in the ad. Printed on fabric instead of Embroidered and none of the edges were finished. I immediately started the process of a return as they explained. They said that they would get back to me in two days and it has now been two months. I never received any information on how to return what I have and nothing about the two items that I never received. And of course, my money was in their hands before I even received one item. Beware!

My first indication that I had made a mistake ordering from you was when I did not receive the $40 discount for having a order over 250.00. It took 2 days of automatic emails to finally find out that you do not allow discounts on top of sales... but, we are not given the choice of which discount we want. I received a $24 discount. Given the choice, I would have chosen the $40.
Furthermore, the portion of the order that I did receive was miss-leading in the sense that I thought I was ordering sweaters... 2 of the so called sweaters ARE NOT SWEATERS. They are merely polyester knit tops... the site photos were photo shopped to appear fuzzy. What a disappointment. The Big stretchy jeans in size medium, which is my normal size--are small.
You cancelled out the shoes that I ordered and amazingly, the refund happened immediately. Once I was further disappointed by the shoes being cancelled by you, I decided that I wanted no more disappointment and cancelled my order. Now I am being ignored. I want this over with already!
I will get my money back if I have to report your site to paypal. If you ship the remaining 3 items, I will refuse the package and you will waste your shipping since I have saved all of my correspondence that I wanted to cancel my order. At this point, I AM FRUSTRATED AND VERY ANGRY! Get this over with already. Cancel the rest of my order and refund my money!
I asked for a dress here and when it arrived it looked totally different from what it did on the model. The material didn't look great and the dress just didn't fit. I sent it back and asked for another dress. With this dress I had an excellent experience. Both deliveries were very fast, but it would be nice to see the products for ladies of all sizes. Thank you.

Ordered 5 items at the end of Nov/beginning of Dec 2019. Just received the last product today. Bracelet broke within 30 mins of wearing it, broke 3 more times before I remade it. Purse was supposed to be tan and red, received a pink one. Slacks and two pairs of shoes are perfect. Tracking is unreliable or not available most times. I like what is shown on the site, but won't buy from them again. Company is not reliable and shipping and delivery is too long. Dont buy from this company. Very disappointing.
Don't I repeat do not ordet from them first they took my money aftet 3 weeks I didn't teceive my order I sent 2 e-mails then finally got a customer service number and was told my sweater was out of stock I then had to download a form to get my money back because the company was located in China I am out 38 $ and pissed off

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
