When I don't ted customer service and requested to be refunded because I never received the merchandise I was told that wasn't possible because the item was shipped. This was my first purchase and I'm happy that my purchase was not bigger.

Despite a warning from my bank that Nora Cora "has headquarters overseas" I ordered a sweater Dec. 5. My account was charged that very day, but I'm still waiting for the sweater. My queries to Nora Cora are met with evasive responses"your order is ready to ship," "can you wait just a few more days," e.g. The Better Business Bureau can't help with this "overseas company," so I'm checking with an attorney friend to see what recourse is available. If the option were available, I'd select several minus numbers of stars.
I ordered several items from this site. I received one. It was the wrong size and if you want to return it YOU the purchaser have to pay customs along with shipping it back to China. Second part of my order - almost $80 worth NEVER arrived! I was never notified it was shipped or being shipped and it is now 3 months later and they don't want to assist me. I ordered a sweater 12/09/2019. A month later I still had no sweater, they told me that the item was in high demand and would ship in 5-8 days. Never happened. I asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago. They said I would get a refund ASAP. No refund, no answer to my last email.

Once I ordered, the website kept popping up saying I hadn't finished checking out. So I ended up placing 2 orders. When I got the order one item was flawed, others didn't fit right and they felt cheap. Not at all the quality I was expecting. Now I'm in the nightmare stage of trying to return, which I'm not so sure I'm going to be able to do in the 15 days that you have to complete the return. All communication is via email and I'm already into day 3 and 3 emails without any return address info.
I ordered without realizing that good cane from China (my mistake). Items came and easy smaller than expected, maybe three sizes smaller. So I wanted to return them, sent the emails before they even responded. They offered 25% refund if I agreed to keep the items and then reluctantly email return address as I refused to keep clothes. Mailed items in early Sept and today Jan 27,2020 they arrived back. I have since learned that they just refuse package. So I paid $150 on clothes then $60 on postage =$210 out of pocket!
It is easy and convenient to order and receive my item within a few days after placing my order! The size is accurate compared to other retail stores and the range in terms of price is very good. They often also offer good deals. The only complaint is that my garment was very wrinkled when I received it (a silk dress), but that's no big deal for me I will definitely buy again.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
