I ordered a pair of shoes in April and still hadn't received them as of June 15. They arrived today (6-24-20), only after writing a scathing review. They are poorly made. Every time I try to take them off, the entire sole comes out of the shoe! The size runs large so I don't think I'll ever really wear them. I will never order from NoraCora again. It was a waste of money and energy.

I'm glad I didn't read some of these negative reviews here before ordering as it would have been postponed, but I just received 4 beautiful dresses in no time, despite the pandemic. Seriously, I don't understand what those women are about. I love the styles and the quality is pretty good. I guess you can't please everyone!

We made a 2 item order May 1st, 2020. Using USPS tracking our order arrived from Hong Kong to San Francisco May 9th by a 3rd party carrier. > then on June 3rd, it arrived in Los Angeles via the 3rd party carrier waiting to be sent USPS.> its final destination is Menifee Riverside, County.

Ordered a dress early May - was sent an email from which I suppose to be able to track my shipment - it said "no shipping info avail" - reached out to Noracora and just keep receiving automated messages telling me where to look for tracking info (the same tracking info I emailed to tell them was not available". Avoid purchasing from this company - they charge your card and send you nothing.

This company is a fraud. I ordered on May 5th and as of June 19th, I have not received my order. When I inquired on this order, I received a long letter giving me no real information on this order. I have reported to Google and to the Better business Associtation, but I should had researched this site better, if I had read other reviews, I would never have ordered anything.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
