I wish I would have seen these reviews before I made my purchase of almost $100 in early May. The site promises tracking of your items, but it isn't true tracking. Two of my items say they were delivered from San Francisco, but it doesn't say to where - they have been in no man's land for weeks. It should be criminal for a company to take people's money without delivering on the goods promised, but this is what we get for unwittingly ordering from China. No regulation to mitigate being ripped off. I got an email weeks ago that said my items have shipped, but if you look at the "tracking information," below, you can see what other reviewers are telling us. It looks like it is shipping from CA on first glance, but the reality is the items are delivered to a sorting center in China, blah blah blah, and nothing is clear about when the items will really ship or how long it will take:

**Update 7/2020** I received the product and like so many other reviews the size and workmanship were horrible. I asked for a refund and was advised I could get a 15% refund or mail the product back to CHINA for a full refund! Nope, I will not spend any additional money to send my items back. Notified Paypal and Noracora of my request for a full refund. I received a reply back from Noracora stating that if I removed my negative review that might help them process my refund. Blackmail will not work, just refund my full amount and stand behind your product.

Noracora ads seemed like Zulilly. Cute, off beat clothes. The pictures were great. I ordered 8 items. It took 6 weeks for item to come from China thru San Francisco. The fabrics were cheap and the sizes were all off. Now I need to return all the items and the pain continues. Folks, don't bother. Let this company go out of business. It is a bad company.

I ordered a cove up or casual dress for my wife back in mid May 2020. After 10 days I contacted their customer service with no reply. I sent another email at 2 weeks and got a response that the item was shipped. After 3 weeks I sent another email and was told that my order was shipped and that it was in the U.S. In the same response I was told that my order would arrive in 7-12 business days. That would mean I could potentially receive my order after 5 weeks ( If I can believe that). THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!

Ordered on May 4 still have not received items. Paid over $135.00 which was deducted immediately. Have contacted them several times about shipping and tracking information with order number and shipping number included and get a generic response. I will never buy from them again and I feel that I have been scammed. It's been over a month and the tracking information says it's waiting to be picked up in San Francisco. No customer service at all. Now I'm going to try and get a refund but from what I have read it will probably not happen. Save yourself some frustration and don't order from Noracora.

This page has beautiful clothes in multiple categories, which I can comfortably buy in one place and know that I am getting quality items at a low cost. However, I found that much of her clothing is smaller than mentioned, but that's simply because not everything is made for western size. I suggest going 1-2 bigger sizes and omitting 'free size' if you are on the bigger side.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
