I ordered from this company over a month ago. They sent me an email with an order number saying my order had shipped. Then nothing. I have contacted customer service several times and I keep getting the run around. Have asked for a refund, again vague replies. Do not order from this site. I believe that noracora and rosealinlin are the same company.
I ordered 5 items on April 24 and received 4 of them on June 9. I ordered Medium as thats what i normally wear and that's what the sizing charts indicated would fit. The 3 tops were a little snug and the dress was like a tent so I requested a return. They responded that I could return them but since the returns go to China it might be expensive. They offered a 25% refund instead, which i chose and am now told will take 1-2 weeks. All in all, if you order consider sizing carefully and be prepared to wait. Still haven't received my 5th item.

I ordered several things to try, but they all ran small, particularly in the bust. The shirt fabric was also really weird. Plus they came in three packages over three weeks more than a month after I ordered them. When I went to return the items I was told they would need to be shipped to China! Which is pretty ridiculous! I am most unhappy and warn everyone away from this company.

The quality is fantastic. What you see is definitely what you get. Jumpsuits and blouses are my favorites as they can be added to any outfit. They are extremely flattering and comfortable. I contacted the company to see if they could figure out where my order was, because the shipping information said it was picked up by Pitney Bowes. I got a generic response back with nothing else. I purchased what looked like a teal dress. It was celery green in person and of very poor quality. I wanted to return as it was nit as pictured, however, the seller required return to China at my expense. Shipping cost was more than twice the cost of the product. Definitely a rip off.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE.
