The website suggests quality, fashionable items. I ordered some items all of which are cheap in quality and do not look remotely like the photos on the website. When I tried to return them, I was told that the return center was in China, that it would cost me (the customer) too much to return them, and that it would take a long time. Noracora offered me 15% of the original cost of the items instead of returning them. When I declined, the company then offered me 25% of the original cost of the items. I declined again. I wanted a full refund. I am stuck with poor quality items and a loss of around $90.00. This is an awful company. Stay away!
NoraCora is one big scam. Over 1 month and no merchandise. Contact them through email because can't find a customer service number and get lies upon lies saying package in transit and sending a bogus link to track package. They won't refund my money back. I urge you to submit an Online FBI Fraud report. It's easy to do and the more complaints the increase chances of closing NC down. They are stealing. I should have listen to my sister. She waited 5 weeks and what she received from them smelled so bad and so poor quality, she immediately threw away.

This company is NOT a boutique. They steal photos of cute and stylish clothing from other websites and make cheap renditions of their own. The clothes do NOT look like the photos. The material is NOT as advertised. The clothing sizes are the only thing I found to be accurate but even though they fit I will not wear them because polyester is too hot to wear in the summer and the clothes are ugly and look nothing like the photos. Total waste of my $. Had I done my homework I would have found that out. And read the reviews. Do any of the good reviews seem legit? They don't make sense. I think this company has people writing their reviews for them (maybe their own employees)? Decide for yourself but be warned that your items will take approximately 1-2 months to arrive from date of order and you will likely be totally disappointed. You can't send the clothes back because they will refuse them. They offer you 20% off to keep the clothes. They will also offer you a greater discount to remove your bad review. Scam, bad business practice... don't get burned like I did!

Not only did I have a two month wait to receive my order, when it came it wasn't anything like the picture on the website. I have been trying for over two weeks to return the item. They keep giving me the runaround. There was no invoice with the order, which I found highly unusual. And they say they will give me a refund without an order number. But I never received an invoice! Absolutely the worst business Ever.

Do not order from them. My order apparently shipped, but I have not received it after 2 months. The tracking number states that it can not locate the order. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
