I purchased items from their website that I thought were so cute, my order came up to $125.87. I saw that they fill orders within 3-5 days. About a week later I thought I would see where they sent me tracking numbers for the shipped items but nothing, I never got an emails saying the order was ever placed so I started a whole email response to their customer service and never received anything. They needed an order number which I couldn't find anywhere even getting back on their website, NOTHING! It has been a total of 3 weeks now and I still don't know where my items are so I requested a refund and from the looks of other emails I am assuming that I won't get it. I would never order anything from them again.

I was notified on May 23 that my order was shipped. I have not received it & not been able to track it on their tracking site. I've sent 4 emails to their "help center" & they just send me a form telling how to access their tracking site. I think this is a scam. I won't order from any site I see on FB anymore. They have already received payment for my order.

Clothing is coming from China and they haven't investigated the size differences. An XX2 may fit like a petite. I read the warning that colors may run so I washed one pair in cold to see... My colors ran all the way to China. I suggest when marketing to various parts of the world some research in that country to adapt the sizes. Since I'm currently on sabbatical I would love to offer my services The colors and patterns seem rich until washing. It may be worth the time to develop some safe and inexpensive ways to effectively lock the dye in garment. I like the variety of styles. When purchasing be mindful the clothing may be delicate, If you're active, carefree and a jfun filled explorer you may just want to keep your Levi's handi.

I had recently placed an order for 7 pieces of clothing here. Unfortunately, 5 out of 7 items didn't fit as expected, so I ended up returning them. I had not heard anything because I contacted a representative through the chat option on the website of the page. I had such a smooth and easy experience. The representative who was helping me was quick with his responses and charming to communicate. In less than 10 minutes, she was able to process my return and provide me with a gift card. For that reason alone, I will shop at this boutique more often :)

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
