I finally got up the nerve to try a burn test on my "cotton/linen blend" shirt. The fabric melted as expected. Cotton and linen are highly flammable but they don't melt. Noracora lies in their labeling. If I wanted a cheap rayon shirt, I would have gone elsewhere and spent way less. Beware because Noracora sells you cheap fabrics at higher quality prices and lies to hook you into purchasing. But trying to return items (as others have said) costs too much for something you already spent money & shipping on.
I asked for a jumpsuit and, as always, it arrived in a couple of weeks, with great service from the team, the clothes are always of the highest level.

Customer service is not available by phone, only by email, and the responses are not specific to your inquiry, I got automated responses to all of the requests I sent looking for my order... to this day I still have not received the entire order (although my credit card has been charged for the entire order) and customer service just send automatic replies on how to track it. What I have received is extremely poor quality, not even made of cotton as described on the website but a cheap polyester. I tried to return everything but customer service again replies with canned replies... DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two tops which looked great on the website- what a mistake! First of all took month to arrive- then the tops were completely mis- sizec! I ordered XL - one way too big and other way too small! Plus have to be dry cleaned. Not worth effort to return so gave to Goodwill

They take you money, then take months to deliver. They sent some items Never ordered. All of the items sent look nothing like photos & descriptions. They FINALLY sent me a return mailing address & I sent back merchandise. It cost $108 to ship back. The Final insult... they returned my package. BUYER BEWARE! The process took so long I cannot have the bank do a chargeback.

STAY AWAY - it is 4 months since I ordered and still no delivery. Noracora claimed they would refund me for lost order but still no refund either. They gave me a bogus tracking number that shows no movement from LA for 3 months! This is a scam company and Google and all others should take down their ads.

On May 20th NORACORA after my inquires sent a note "Your order E5A2C768318 was shipped. The estimated delivery time is 11-21 business days". However the shipping information they sent me for my order (3 numbers) indicated dates before May the 20th. I received 2 small deliveries (3 items of the 13 things I ordered). However the big order: #92612927005390000018336855 was not received and the tracking shows the last indication on May 19th.
I have asked multiple times for a refund on the missing order but Noracora stopped responding.
I didn't receive the package I ordered.The material tore down my back at a gathering. I ordered a size large tunic, only to receive the size tag tore out., I couldn't use the tunic that i waited for patiently for almost a month! It was so tight!

I ordered 3 dresses. It took 2 months to get it. Sooo disappointing! I usually size at a large. I ordred XXL just to be sure, and nothing fit, too small! They were more like a medium. What a waste of money! I gave them to my daughter in law, who is Philipino, she fit in one and will send the rest to the phillipines! I would send them back, but it's cheaper to donate to the Phillipines! Horrible material too!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
