After waiting a very long time for this order I was so disappointed. I ordered a pair of cargo pants the material is horrible like umbrella material. The summer dress has seams u done hem coming out and sized for a very small Asian person I ordered an extra large. The top I ordered has a material that is very scratchy not soft at all. After trying to get through to customer service with this I gave up and then also found out you have to return items to China.
Ordered items on May 7. Today July 6, still no delivery. When I call USPS and Pitney Bowes, they tell me the tracking numbers noracora gave me do not exist. Noracora ignores my communication. I am calling my credit card and USPS to get refund and report scam.
I ordered a nice amount of items, look super cute. Got a shipping notification on June 19. There is a "track your order" option, it doesn't work. I sent numerous emails to the customer service dept. not one response. I am beginning to wonder if it is a scam to get money and never deliver. A few more days and I am contacting the better business bureau.

Please do not be fooled by the pretty pictures of clothing from this company. The merchandise never ships and it's hard to reach someone about it. I ordered some items on May 8,2020 and today is July 5,2020 and I have not received them. I wanted to call the company to speak to someone about it, but was only given email contact information. So I emailed them three times before I received a response. I was told that it takes 3 to 5 business days for my order to process and to be more patient, but its been a month and a half. The order should have been processed and shipped by now. I didn't know the merchandise was coming from China and that's my mistake but the company should say this online when you're placing your order. You only find this out after you've placed the order. I know it takes time for orders to ship from another country because I've ordered from other countries before and they keep you informed on the progress of your order, but not this company. A month had passed before they email me to say anything. They're different and that's why I believe they're a fake. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and I advice anyone who has experienced this type of behavior to do the same.

Terrible, terrible delivery. I ordered items on May 17,2020 and it's July 4,2020 and I'm still waiting for the items. The website says 10- 21 days for delivery. When I sent an inquiry email on day 25, they said due to COVID expect another 10- 21 days added. Almost 50 days after the order... still waiting. Don't order from this site if you ever want to receive your shopping items. To Noracora, don't advertise a delivery time that you can't adhere to -COVID or NOT!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
