On June 3,2020, I placed an order for a pair of shoes, this has been over a month. They kept writing me back and telling me "it's has been shipped", "it's on it's way". I checked USPS tracking number, the message from USPS in South San Francisco, CA. Indicates "they are waiting for this item from NORACORA's Shipping Partner",
This is not about the money (neither small or big money), But it is about trustworthiness, reliability, prompt service, honest business, is company name NORACORA can not meet such quality services.
I will wait for 2 more weeks, if not receive by then, I will let the world know.

Here's my first visit when I'm looking for a new outfit! They have a wide range that includes several brands and also pieces of different prices, the size is always perfect and I have never felt uncomfortable with something I have bought. Shipping is always fast and returns have been very easy the few times I have needed.
Nora Cora did NOT attempt to resolve the problem. They merely said take down your comment or we will not assist you. I told them NO. If Sitejabber posted the comment that Nora Cora attempted to resolve the issue but I failed to respond then Sitejabber is being dishonest. I have every communication info between them and myself. The Nora Cora is a scam. No it's, and, or buts about it.

Ordered on April 27th. They took the money. I have not received my order. I have contacted them numerous times through email. They reply with fake tracking numbers that neither work on their site nor the usps site. I filed a complaint with PayPal and supplied proof of purchase and proof of attempts to resolve through seller. Only to be told by PayPal to "try to work it out with the seller." Which is what I HAVE been doing for nearly a month. Maybe I should cancel paypal as well.
This is my favorite online store! It sounds cliche, but it has a bit of everything and for all the girls. I recently ordered the assembly tag team and it arrived very fast, it is a very good quality top, super cute too! I highly recommend, I know you won't be disappointed

I mistakenly placed an order on the Noracora site and immediately contacted them via email (they do not have a phone contact number nor does the "Contact Us" on their site work). It is a day and a half later and I am now on my 10th email with the same request - cancel my order and confirm same. I have only received one "generic" response which contained general information. Clearly they are a SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and contact your AG and FTC to issue formal complaints.

I ordered from Nora Cora well over two months ago, and still have not received the bulk of my order. The reason I ordered initially was the nice variety and great prices. I decided to update my summer wardrobe at a fraction of the cost of a larger department store. I only wish I would have searched for reviews BEFORE I spent over $200 on my new wardrobe. I received 3 out of 20 items. Some of the items were costume jewelry, but I had at least 10-14 pieces of clothing. The one piece of clothing I did receive is a tank top that is NOTHING close to the sizing, even though the size on the label is what I ordered. WAY WAY TOO SMALL.
Stay away from this company. Run away from this company. I read the reviews that say I basically lost all my money because there is NO customer service number to call. So I wait to see if any of the items arrive before Christmas.

This is sham oneline store. It's absolutely GARBAGE MERCHANDISE. It took 1 month and 1 week to recieve order. EVERYTHING is the wrong size and Missing item... but the paper work said it's in the shipment. I put inba dispute ealier with pay pal... that was a total waste of energy. And I'm surprised pay pal hasn't distanced itself from this fake, unprofessional business. I wish I had checked reviews before wasting my hard earned money.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
